The Impact of Prevailing Wind Direction on the Urban Street Network Designation (Case Study: Saqqez)

شرايط آب و هوايي به موازات ساير عوامل محيطي از مهمترين عوامل موثر در شكل‌گيري و تكوين شهرها و تداوم حيات شهري به شمار مي‌آيد. در واقع شهرها، عناصر شهري و عملكرد آن‌ها همواره از عناصر و عوامل آب و هوايي متاثر بوده و هستند البته از زمان صنعتي شدن شهرها به بعد، شهرها نيز در اوضاع اقليمي فضاي پيرامون خود تاثير گذاشته و تغييرات اقليمي ميكرو را پديد آورده‌اند. بايد توجه داشت كه تصميمات طراحانه نقش موثري در بهتر نمودن تاثير خرده اقليم دارند تا محيط شهري را به محيطي راحت‌تر تبديل نمايد. عوامل دخيل در اين زمينه عبارتند از: - شكل توسعه‌هاي پيشنهاد شده و تاثير آن‌ها و رابطه‌شان با ساختمان‌ها و ساير تاثيرات در محدوده طرح - موقعيت راه‌هاي دسترسي و پياده‌روها، درختان و ساير پوشش‌هاي گياهي - جهت گيري فضاهاي داخلي و خارجي و نماها با توجه به جهت تابش آفتاب و سايه - توده گذاري، دسته بندي و فضاي بين ساختمان‌ها - باد - موقعيت ورودي‌هاي اصلي و ساير بازشوها به عنوان رابط بين فضاي داخل و خارج - منظر، پوشش گياهي و آب نماها به عنوان منبع افزايش سرمايش طبيعي به طور كلي مجموعه اين عوامل در ارتباط با مسايل اقليمي مي‌توانند مزايا يا مشكلات مختلفي را براي استفاده‌كنندگان از فضا ايجاد نمايد.(كارمونا،185،2007) باتوجه به مطالب بيان شده در نظر داريم تاثير جهت وزش باد غالب بر طراحي شبكه معابر شهر سقز را مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. در اين تحقيق تلاش شده است كه داده‌هاي مورد نياز را از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و رجوع به سازمان هواشناسي شهر سقز گردآوري كرده، سپس وضع موجود معابر شهر سقز را با استفاده از نرم افزار Arc Gis ترسيم كرده و در نهايت با استفاده از استدلال استنتاجي مناسب‌ترين جهت را انتخاب كرده‌ايم. كه در اين پژوهش با توجه به نوع اقليم شهر سقز و جهت وزش باد غالب جهت شمالي - جنوبي با بيشترين امتياز كسب شده نسبت به ساير جهات مناسب‌ترين جهت براي معابر شهر سقز مي‌باشد. اين جهت براي شبكه معابر شهر سقز هم از لحاظ برخورداري از تابش آفتاب و هم از لحاظ جلوگيري از برودت بادهاي سرد بهترين جهت مي‌باشد.

Climate conditions are considered as one of the most important effective factors in formation and genesis of cities and urban life, as well as other environmental factors. As a matter of fact, cities, urban elements and their performance have always been and are affected by climate elements and factors. Certainly, since the industrialization of the cities, they have also influenced climate condition and their surrounding environment and created microclimate changes. It should be noted that designing decisions have an effective role on enhancing the impact of subclimate, in order to convert the urban environments to more comfortable places. The factors include: - The shape of proposed developments and their impacts and relationships with buildings and other effects within the project limits. - The position of access routes, sidewalks, trees and other vegetation. - Orientations of indoor and outdoor spaces and views with regard to sunshine and shadow direction. -Mass insertion, classification and space among buildings. -Wind - The position of main entrances and other openings as a connector between interior and exterior space. - Landscape, vegetation and fountains as a natural cooling source. Broadly speaking, the combination of these factors related to climate issues, can create different problems or benefits for users of space (Carmona, 2007, 185). With the aforementioned factors in mind, we would now like to analyze the Impact of prevailing wind direction on the urban street network designation. In this research we have attempted to collect all required data, through library studies and referring to the Meteorological Organization of Saqqez. Then we have drawn present situation of Saqqez pathways using Arc Gis software and finally select most appropriate direction by using inductive reasoning. Which in this research, according to the climate of Saqqez, and the direction of North – South prevailing wind with highest score compared to other directions, is the most appropriate direction for Saqqez streets. This direction for Saqqez streets network, is the best direction .both in terms of taking advantage of sunshine and preventing the cold winds.
