مطالعه ابعاد عيني امنيت در گردشگري ورزشي ايران و عملكرد سازمان هاي ورزشي در تامين و توسعه آن

The Study of Objective Dimensions of Security in Iran Sport Tourism and the Role of Sport Organizations in Providing and Developing Security

هدف از اين تحقيق مطالعه ابعاد عيني امنيت و نقش سازمان‌هاي ورزشي در تامين و توسعه آن از ديدگاه گردشگران ورزشي خارجي بود. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي–پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق گردشگران ورزشي خارجي شركت‌كننده در رويداد ورزشي بين‌المللي دهه فجر (394 نفر) بودند. روش نمونه‌گيري تمام‌شمار بود. در اين تحقيق از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه 83/0= ? به‌دست آمد. سطح معناداري (001/0P=) به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون دوجمله‌اي در بخش‌هاي آموزش مديريت بحران، تسلط مسيولان حفظ امنيت به زبان‌هاي بين‌المللي و شايستگي مسيولان در مديريت بحران نشان داد كه از ديدگاه گردشگران ورزشي خارجي عملكرد مديران ورزش در اين بخش در سطح نامطلوب است. اما سطح معناداري و نسبت به‌دست‌آمده از اين آزمون نشان داد در بخش‌هاي وجود فرهنگ توسعه امنيت در ميان مردم (074/0P=)، دادن آزادي به گردشگران ورزشي در حريم شخصي خود (575/0P=)، استفاده از داوطلبان براي بهبود امنيت گردشگران ورزشي (721/0P=)، مهمان‌نوازي و برخورد خوب مسيولان و مردم (074/0P=) و آشنا كردن گردشگران ورزشي با فرهنگ ايرانيان (074/0P=)، مديران ورزش و دست‌اندركاران توسعه گردشگري عملكرد مطلوبي داشته‌اند.

The aim of the present research was to study the objective dimensions of security and the role of sport organizations in providing and developing security from the viewpoint of foreign sport tourists. The research was a descriptive survey. The statistical population (equal to the sample) consisted of foreign sport tourists participating in Fajr international sport event (n=394). A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. The reliability of the questionnaire was (?=0.83). Binomial test (P=0.001) in education of crisis management, fluency of event authorities in international languages and their competence in crisis management showed that sport authorities did not perform ideally form foreign sport touristsʹ viewpoint. But the significance level and the ratio in binomial test showed that sport managers and tourism authorities performed ideally in these four parts: the public culture of security development (P=0.074), providing sport tourists with personal freedom (P=0.575), employing volunteers to develop security of sport tourists (P=0.721), hospitality and the public and authoritiesʹ appropriate behavior towards sport tourists (P=0.074) and familiarization of sport tourists with Iranian culture (P=0.074).
