طراحي الگوي مديريت دانش و عملكرد و بررسي روابط آنها در فدراسيون هاي ورزشي ايران

Modeling Knowledge Management and Performance and Their Relationships in Iran Sports Federations

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، اعتباريابي و بومي سازي مدل هاي مديريت دانش لاوسن و عملكرد ويناند و همكاران و بررسي اثر و روابط بين آنها در فدراسيون هاي ورزشي ايران بود. اين پژوهش، تحقيق توصيفي-همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل روسا، نايب رييسان، دبيران كل، مديران كميته ها و كارشناسان تمامي فدراسيون‌ها بود و 300 نفر نمونه پژوهش را تشكيل دادند. روش نمونه گيري، طبقه اي و هدفمند بود. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه مديريت دانش لاوسن (2002) و پرسشنامه عملكرد ويناند و همكاران (2009) بهره گرفته شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده ها از آزمون-هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاري بهره گرفته شد. روايي پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصان و همچنين با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تاييدي، تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه مديريت دانش 93/0 و عملكرد 85/0 به‌دست آمد. يافته ها نشان داد كه مدل رابطه بين مديريت دانش و عملكرد در فدراسيون هاي ورزشي قابل برازش است (036/0P=،037/0=RMSEA،97/0GFI=). همچنين مشخص شد كه مديريت دانش و هريك از ابعاد آن بر عملكرد فدراسيون هاي ورزشي اثر مثبت و معناداري دارند و مديريت دانش قادر است 55 درصد از تغييرات عملكرد را پيش بيني كند. فدراسيون هاي ورزشي مي توانند از نتايج اين تحقيق، در راستاي درك بهتر فعاليت هاي مديريت دانش و همچنين سنجش سطح عملكرد بهره گيرند.

The aim of this study was to validate and localize Lawson’s (2002) knowledge management and Winand et al. (2009) performance models and to determine their effects and relationships in Iran sports federations. This study was a descriptive-correlation research. The population included presidents, vice presidents, general secretaries, committee managers and experts in all sports federations of Iran. The sample consisted of 300 subjects who were selected with stratified and purpose sampling method. To collect data, Lawson’s (2002) KM Questionnaire and Winand et al. (2009) Performance questionnaire were used. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling were applied. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts using confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability of KM questionnaire was 0.93 and performance questionnaire was 0.85. Results showed that the model of the relationship between KM and performance had a good fit index (P=0.036, RMSEA=0.037, GFI=0.97). The results indicated that KM and its dimensions had a significant and positive effect on the performance of sports federations. KM was able to predict 55% of performance variation. Sports federations can use the results of the present study to understand KM practices better and to measure performance level.
