چكيده فارسي :
شيوهي مبتني بر بديهيات، روشي علمي و نظاممند در طراحي سيستم است كه مورد استقبال دانشمندان و محققين در رشتههاي مختلف علمي واقع شده است. اين مقبوليت ناشي از بهكارگيري دو اصل استقلال و اصل اطلاعات در طراحي است. اما مهمترين چالش مديران چگونگي انتخاب بهترين سيستم از بين سيستمهاي مختلف طراحي شده، عليرغم استفاده از شيوهي طراحي مبتني بر بديهيات است. دانش و تخصص و تجربهي افراد در بهكارگيري اصول طراحي موجب ايجاد طرحهايي با مطلوبيت و كارآيي متفاوت شده است. مطلوبيت طراحيهاي انجام شده براساس شاخصهاي اصل استقلال و اصل اطلاعات و شاخص جديد معرفي شده بهنام «اصل جامعيت» تعيين ميشود. از شيوهي مكبث بهعنوان ابزاري براي اندازهگيري مطلوبيت ساختار سيستم استفاده شده و امتيازدهي مطالعهي موردي تحقيق نيز با كمك نرمافزار M-MACBETH انجام شده است.

Axiomatic design technique is a scientific and systematic approach in system design, that accept of scientists and researcher in various scientific fields.
The acceptance technique arising from using the independence axiom and information axiom in design so that has been created meaning different with other design technique. These principles present better design solutions in the shortest time as they provide a systematic research process in a design space which becomes complicated with customer needs. In addition, the fact that axioms can be generalized allows this method to be effective and powerful in different design areas. But the most important challenge for manager is “how select to best design from system with different design based on AD”. Knowledge and experience designer in the use of principle has led to create the plan with different efficiency and utility. Selection Optimum design based on independence and information axiom and new indicator that introduced in this paper is called comprehensive principle that have closely relationship with constructive validity, content validity and criterion validity. This paper aimes to propose a framework for the evaluation of the validity of plan based axiomatic design technique .it is a system based approach where the principles of axiomatic design are relied on to provide a scientific structure for the design process. The concept of performance based design maintains that the primary goal of all members of the project team. We have provided a general method with practical algorithms for scoring alternatives, when they are evaluated on some common ordinal scale. Macbeth technique is a multiple criteria decision analysis that used as a tool for measuring utility the system structure and this study we use the M-Macbeth software.
To reach a consensus decision on the opinions of 20 people in 5 projection and three criteria are used. Result is shown the Macbeth technique have better validity than other MCDM technique. Because Macbeth is humanistic, interactive, constructive and analyzing judgment inconsistence and offering suggestions to move the process forward.
