The Objectives and Functions of Rumors in the Thoughts of the Supreme Leader

اين مقاله با تاكيد بر آرا و نظرات مقام معظم رهبري تلاش دارد اهداف و كاركردهاي شايعه در نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران را بررسي نمايد و در مقام پاسخ به اين سوال كه از منظر مقام معظم رهبري اهداف و كاركردهاي شايعه چيست؟ بر همين اساس مجموعه بيانات و مكتوبات ايشان از ابتداي تصدي جايگاه رهبري تا سال 1394، به‌عنوان جامعه آماري در نظر گرفته‌شده است. نوع پژوهش كاربردي – توسعه‌اي است و از روش تحليل محتوا و نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنيان استفاده شده و به‌منظور تحليل گفتمان، از الگوي سه سطحي فر كلاف شامل؛ توصيف، تفسير و تبيين استفاده گرديد. پايايي تحقيق به روش هولستي 95% تعيين شد و روايي نيز از طريق خبرگان، مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه كاركردهاي شايعه در دو سطح داخل و خارج كشور قابل‌بررسي است كه مولفه‌هاي «ايجاد فاصله بين مردم و نظام اسلامي» در داخل كشور و «تخريب وجهه ج.ا.ا» در سطح خارج كشور، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين كاركردهاي شايعه در انديشه مقام معظم رهبري مطرح گرديده و «فشار به ج.ا.ا» و «تخريب باورها» در رتبه‌هاي بعدي قرارگرفته‌اند. از منظر مقام معظم رهبري، هدف غايي شايعات، «ضربه به اسلام» با مولفه‌هاي «به‌حاشيه راندن اسلام» و «به‌عقب راندن انقلاب اسلامي ايران» است.

This article, with the emphasis on the thoughts of the Supreme Leader, tries to clarify the objectives and functions of the rumors in the Islamic Republic of Iran and to respond this question “what the objectives and functions of rumors in the thoughts of the Supreme Leader are”. On this basis, all of his written and oral statements from the beginning of his tenure of leadership until 1394 have been taken into account as the statistical population. The research is an applied-developmental one and has used a content analysis method and data base theorizing, and in order to discourse analysis, it has used the three-level model of Fairclough including description, interpretation and clarification levels. The reliability of the research was determined 95% by holistic model and its validity was approved by the experts. The results show that the functions of rumors are both applicable inside and outside the country. The component inside the country, the distance between the people and the Islamic government, and the component outside, the destroying of the reputation of the Islamic Republic, are considered among the most important functions of rumors in the mind of the Supreme Leader, and “pressure on Iran” and “damage of beliefs” are in the next priorities. Due to the thoughts of the Supreme Leader, the ultimate goal of rumors is “strike on Islam” through the components of “marginalization of Islam” and “rolling back the Islamic revolution of Iran”.
