تبيين ظهور داعش و تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Military Capability of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and National Security Considerations of the Islamic Republic of Iran

منطقه جنوب غرب آسيا طي سال‌هاي اخير درگير منازعات بسياري بوده و به لحاظ تعدد فرهنگي و قومي همواره زمينه‌ساز بروز جريان‌هاي تروريستي است. در اين ميان، كشور عراق از زمان شكل‌گيري در سال 1921 به دليل نارسايي‌هاي ساختاري، دخالت قدرت‌هاي خارجي و بازيگران منطقه‌اي دست‌خوش تحولات زيادي شده و بدين علت در اين كشور، بسترها و زمينه‌هاي لازم براي ظهور تروريسم -كه داعش آخرين نوع آن است- فراهم گرديده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي چرايي و چگونگي ظهور داعش در عراق بر مبناي نظريه سازه‌انگاري و تهديدات اين گروه در ابعاد مختلف عليه امنيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. سوال مقاله چرايي و چگونگي ظهور اين گروه و تاثير آن بر امنيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي و از نظر نوع به‌صورت تلفيقي در دسته پژوهش‌هاي نظري- كاربردي قرار دارد. نتايج تحقيق نشانگر آن است كه هم‌افزايي عوامل داخلي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي موجب ظهور داعش در عراق شده و مي‌تواند امنيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران را در هر دو حوزه ژيوپليتيكي و ايديولوژيكي به‌صورت جدي به مخاطره اندازد.

South West Asian countries in recent years have been involved in many conflicts and in terms of cultural and ethnic diversity have always been a bed for rising terrorist movements. In the meantime, Iraq, since its formation in 1921, because of structural deficiencies, the involvement of foreign powers and regional players has undergone many changes, hence, a bed and context have been provided for the emergence of terrorism, including its last type, ISIL. This paper aims to investigate the reasons and ways ISIL, based on the theory of constructivism and threats of this group, in various dimensions, against the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has emerged in Iraq. The original question of the article is why and how this group has emerged and what its impact on the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran is. The method of research is a descriptive - analytical one and in type is a mixing one in applied - theoretical research category. The results indicate that synergy of domestic, regional and international factors has caused the rise of ISIL in Iraq and can seriously jeopardize the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in both geopolitical and ideological fields.
