هويت قومي و ملي در مطبوعات محلي و تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي: مطالعه موردي استان‌هاي ايلام، كردستان و كرمانشاه

National and Ethnic Identity in the Local Press and Its Impact on National Security (Case Study: Ilam, Kurdistan, and Kermanshah)

در جوامع كنوني، رابطه‌اي مستقيم و قابل‌توجه ميان رسانه‌ها و امنيت ملي وجود دارد؛ يكي از دلايل اين امر تاثير رسانه‌ها بر عامل مهم «افكار عمومي» است كه امروزه بدون جلب رضايت آن، امكان تامين امنيت ملي براي دولت‌ها، كاري بسيار دشواري و يا ناممكن است. سوال و مسيله اصلي تحقيق ناظر بر اين موضوع است كه مطبوعات محلي چه نقشي در شكل‌گيري امنيت ملي دارند؟ يعني با برجسته كردن هويت و ارزش‌هاي قومي سبب تضعيف هويت ملي و در پي آن امنيت ملي شوند و يا بالعكس؟ نتيجه‌گيري كلي اين بود كه جهت‌گيري مثبت به هويت ملي و مولفه‌هاي آن در سال‌هاي مورد بررسي (پژوهش) افزايش‌يافته و گرايش نسبت به امنيت ملي در هر دو سال، جهت‌گيري غالب بود و درنهايت اينكه مطبوعات محلي با توجه به كاركرد خود به بازپرداخت عوامل عام‌تري كه موجب ايجاد و شكل‌گيري هويت ملي و تقويت امنيت ملي است، پرداخته‌اند.

In today’s societies, there is a direct and substantial relationship between the media and national security. One of the reasons for this is the impact of the media on an important factor called “public opinion” which, today, without satisfying public opinion it is impossible or very difficult for governments to maintain national security. The main research question or problem to be answered is what role the local press play in the formation of national security, and to see whether they would undermine the national identity and consequently national security by highlighting the ethnic identity and values or not. The overall conclusion was that the positive approach towards national identity and its components in the studied period (the two year research) has been increased and the approach towards the national security, in both two years, has been the dominant one, and finally it is understood that the local press, according to th e ir functions, have repaid to more general factors that cause the creating and formation of national identity and strengthening the national security.
