بررسي تاثير برنامه ريزي استراتژيك كارآفرينانه بر عملكرد سازماني صنايع غذايي شهرستان شيراز از ديدگاه مديران

Investigating the Impact of Entrepreneurial Strategic Planning on the Firm Performance of Food Industry in Shiraz from the Perspective of Managers

در محيط رقابتي امروز، سازمان ها با چالش هاي زيادي رو به رو هستند. ميزان تغيير در محصولات جديد، فناوري ها و تـغيير در تـرجيحات مصـرف كـنندگان بـه شدت افزايش يافته است. بقا در چنين محيط هايي تنها از طريق به دست آوردن عملكرد سازماني برتر امكان پذير است كه لازمه آن توجه به عوامل موثر بر عملكرد سازماني است. يكي از عوامل موثر بر عملكرد سازماني، برنامه ريزي استراتژيك كارآفرينانه است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي تاثير ابعاد برنامه ريزي استراتژيك كارآفرينانه، شامل رويكرد كارآفرينانه، كاوش محيطي، مشاركت در برنامه ريزي و انعطاف پذيري در برنامه ريزي بر عملكرد سازماني در صنايع غذايي شهرستان شيراز است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، 90 نفر از مديران ارشد صنايع غذايي در شهرستان شيراز مي باشند. از پرسشنامه استاندارد براي گردآوري داده ها استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي پژوهش از طريق مدل معادلات ساختاري و تحليل مسير با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد به جز كاوش محيطي، ساير ابعاد برنامه ريزي استراتژيك كارآفرينانه بر عملكرد تاثير مثبت و معني دار مي گذارد.

All organizations are experiencing increasing competitive challenges in today?s competitive environment. The rate of changes in new products and technologies and shifting in customer preferences has increased. The survival in such an environment is only possible thorough obtaining superior organizational performance. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the factors affecting the organizational performance. Entrepreneurial strategic planning is one of the factors affecting organizational performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial strategic planning dimensions including entrepreneurial orientation, environmental scanning, participation in planning and flexibility of planning on the organizational performance of food industry in Shiraz province. The population for this research involved 90 principal managers of the food industry in Shiraz. The standard questionnaires were used for data collection and data analysis was done using structural equation modeling and path analysis by PLS software. The results of this research indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, participation in planning and flexibility of planning are positively related to the firm performance, but the effect of scanning intensity is not supported.
