Examining the Obligations of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Wrong/Evil in Real Space and Cyberspace

امر به معروف و نهي از منكر دو باب مهم از فروع دين هستند كه نسبت به ساير فروع از التفات كم تري برخوردارند و علت آن به نظر نگارنده اين متن مسايل كليدي فراموش شده اي است همچون ابهام در موقعيت و ماهيت آن دو؛ همچنين شرايط خاص و متفاوت بسياري كه اين دو را از جمله عناوين تخصصي پرگستره قرار داده است، به گونه اي كه هر كس با اندك بضاعت علمي نمي تواند اقدام به انجام اين دو فريضه نمايد. نگارنده در بخش اول بر اين مدعاست كه اين دو فريضه از ماهيت هاي مختلف و متعددي برخوردارند. مواردي ماهيت جهادي دارند، شماري داخل در باب نقد و انتقاد هستند، پاره اي هم از جنس دعوت به خير و نصيحت محسوب مي شوند، و همه اين ها سواي نوع فرهنگي معروف و منكر هستند. همچنين ارايه راهبردهايي براي خروج از آنچه كه موجب مهجوريت اين دو گرديده، عنوان «فريضه فراموش شده» را به آنها بخشيده است. وي سپس در بخش دوم به گونه اي ديگر از معروف و منكر در فضاي مجازي مي پردازد و پرده از رازهاي نهفته آن برمي دارد. نوع پژوهش در بحث حاضر بنيادي ـ راهبردي است، و سبك آن توصيفي، با شيوه اسنادي كتابخانه اي/آرشيوي مي باشد.

E ncouraging good and discouraging bad are two important chapters in Ancillaries of the Faith (Arabic: fur?? al-d?n) which in comparison to the other ancillaries of the faith have been regarded less. It is because of forgetting the key problems such as ambiguity in the position and essence of them and the special different conditions which causes these to be wide- ranging specialty titles as not everyone with a little knowledge can carry on these two religious obligations. The author in the first chapter claims that these two religious obligations have different and several quiddities. Some have striving nature, some are counted in the chapter of criticizing and criticism and the others are of invitation to do good and advice and all these are except the kind of cultural type of encouraging good and discouraging bad and also the author clarifies strategies to get rid of what makes these be not regarded and give them the title of the forgotten religious obligations. In the second part, the author has considered encouraging good and discouraging bad in a different type in cyberspace and has disclosed the unknown secrets. The kind of research is basic –strategic and its style is descriptive with documentary- library/archival method.
