Spiritual Intelligence from the Point of Islam and Western Schools

از جمله موضوعاتي كه امروزه به طور وسيعي، در پاسخ به محيط هاي متلاطم و پيچيده در سازمان ها به آن توجه مي شود معنويت و اخلاق است. هوش معنوي خاص انسان بوده و از طريق آگاهي از يك بعد متعالي مي آيد، هوشي تحول پذير است كه به انسان قدرت مي بخشد تا خلاق باشد و قوانين و نقش ها را دست خوش تغييرات خود نمايد، قادر به انجام اصلاحات بي شمار گردد و بتواند شرايط را به بهترين شكل متحول كند. بروز خود تمام عيار كاركنان و رفتارهاي برتر در كار با ورود معنويت به سازمان ميسر خواهد بود. در اين مقاله پس از ارايه تعريف هوش و معنويت، به نظرات مختلفي كه در مورد هوش معنوي وجود دارند، پرداخته شده است. ابعاد و ويژگي هاي هر يك از آنها از نگاه اسلام و غرب مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و سعي شده است تا مدلي با توجه به اين دو ديدگاه ارايه شود. همچنين در اين تحقيق مولفه هاي موجود در هوش معنوي از نگاه اسلام و غرب با هم مقايسه شده اند كه در نهايت به اين نتيجه رسيده شد كه مولفه هاي موجود در هوش معنوي انديشمندان غربي همگي به نوعي در مولفه هاي اسلامي موجود هستند و چه بسا از ديدگاه اسلام هوش معنوي كامل تر و عميق تر بيان شده كه مي تواند راحت تر به حل مسايل موجود بپردازد.

N owadays extensively one of the issues that it is regarded in response to the complicated and stormy environment in organizations is spirituality and morality. Spiritual intelligence is specialized for man and it is originated from awareness of an almighty dimension. It is an evolutionary intelligent which gives man ability to be creative and to change rules and plans and to be able to establish reforms in order to make the situations become different in the best form. With entering spirituality in an organization, the self of staff and prominent conducts emerge. In this note after presenting the definition of intelligence and spirituality, the different opinions about Spiritual intelligence have been discussed. The dimensions and features of each of them from the view of Islam and West have been examined and it has been tried to clarify a model with consideration these two views. Also, this note has compared the available components in spiritual intelligence from the point of Islam and West. The results show that the components in spiritual intelligence of western scholars are in Islamic components in a form and even from the view of Islam it is determined more perfect and deep which it can solve the problems more easily.
