Designing an Operational Agility Model to Improve Competitive Activities

چابكي عملياتي كيي از ضرور تهاي حياتي جهت بهبود فعاليت رقابتي سازما نها در محي طهاي متلاطم شناسايي شده است. اين مفهوم در سا لهاي اخير توجه بسياري از پژوهشگران مديريت را ب ه خود جذب كرده است. چگونگي دستيابي به اين قابليت مهم براي سازما نها امري حياتي است ولي با اين وجود، پژوه شهاي اندكي در اين راستا انجام شده است از آنجايي كه قابلي تهاي پويا از عوامل مهم دستيابي به چابكي عملياتي در سازمان معرفي شد هاند؛ در اين مطالعه مدل شك لگيري بعد چابكي عملياتي در سازه چابكي سازمان بر اساس قابلي تهاي پوياي شايستگي IT ، هوشياري كارآفرينانه و زيركي بازار ب همنظور بهبود فعاليت رقابتي در صنعت الكترونيك ايران ارايه و آزمون شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي-همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش مديران صنعت الكترونيك در ايران بوده و تعداد نمونه آماري با استفاده از فرمول كندال و روش نمون هگيري تصادفي ساده 332 مدير است، جهت آزمون مدل از مدل تحليل مسير و مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده از نمونه آماري، مدل فوق را تا ييد م يكند، بنابراين م يتوان چنين نتيج هگيري كرد كه قابلي تهاي پويا به شك لگيري چابكي عملياتي در سازمان كمك ميك‌نند همچنين چابكي عملياتي ايجا دشده بر بهبود فعاليت رقابتي سازمان اثر مثبت دارد.

Operational agility has been identified as one of the vital factors for the competitive activities of organizations in turbulent environments. Given such an important role, this concept has attracted the attention of many researchers of management in recent years. So, how to achieve this important capability for organizations is vital; however, very little research has been done in this regard. Since the important tools to achieve operational agility are dynamic capabilities, based on such dynamic capabilities as IT competencies, entrepreneurial and market acuity, a model for operational agility is presented and tested in this research to improve competitive activity in the electronics industries of Iran. Regarding the objective, this research is applied and methodologically, it is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research consists of company managers in the electronics industries and the sample size, based on Kendal formula, is 332, selected by random sampling method. Path analysis and structural equations modeling were used to test the research model. The findings confirm the research model. Based on the results, it is concluded that dynamic capabilities of the organization will help to shape the operational agility and operational agility has a positive effect on competitive activities.
