بررسي عوامل موثر بر مشاركت دانشجويان در فعاليتهاي پژوهشي و توليد علم

The Survey of Effective Factors on Students’ Contribution in Research Activities and Scientific Production

هدف كلي اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر بر مشاركت دانشجويان در فعاليتهاي پژوهشي و توليد علم است. روش تحقيق پيمايشي و همبستگي و جامعه آماري دانشجويان كارشناسي‎ارشد دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه تربيت مدرس بودند (95N=). با استفاده از روش تمام شماري اطلاعات جمع‎آوري و در نهايت، 75 پرسشنامه تجزيه و تحليل شدند (75n=). يافته‎ها نشان مي‎دهد كه مشاركت اكثر دانشجويان در فعاليتهاي علمي و پژوهشي در حد مطلوب بوده است. نتايج حاصل از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد كه مشاركت در فعاليتهاي پژوهشي با متغيرهاي ديدگاه راجع به تحقيقات دانشجويي در كشور، تبادل علمي دانشجويان، دسترسي به تسهيلات پژوهشي، ديدگاه راجع به وضعيت مالي و پژوهش و توانايي علمي استادان رابطه مثبت و معني داري دارند. نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون گام به گام نشان داد كه متغيرهاي توانايي علمي استادان و دسترسي به تسهيلات پژوهشي 2/58 درصد تغييرات فعاليتهاي علمي و پژوهشي دانشجويان را تبيين مي‎كنند.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the students’ contribution in research activities and scientific production. The method of this research is based on survey and correlation analysis. The target population consists of M.S. students who study in the agricultural college in Tarbiat Modarres University (N=95). By full enumeration, finally 75 questionnaires were filled out and analyzed. The findings showed that the contribution of the students was desirable. The results obtained from Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the contribution in research activities have significant and positive relationships with variables such as: - Students research in the country, - Students scientific exchange, - Access to research facilities, - Views on financial and scientific capabilities of the professors. The results obtained through step by step regression indicated that the variables concerning the professors’ scientific capabilities and access to research facilities explains 58.2% of changes in students, scientific and research activities.
