نظريه اي در باب مشروعيّت (بازخواني نهج البلاغه از منظر مفهوم حقّ)

A theory about the legitimacy: re ـ reading of Nahj Al ـ balagha from the perspective of the right

چكیده :بحث از مشروعیت همواره از بنیادی ترین پرسشها در قلمرو اندیشه سیاسی بوده است. مقاله پیش رو در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است كه آیا می توان با تعمق در یكی از شاخص ترین متون اندیشه یِ تشیع(نهج البلاغه)، اندیشه ی سیاسی شیعه را بر محورِ سنّت متداول «مشروعیّت» مورد تفسیر و بازخوانی قرار داد؟ به تعبیری آیا می توان نظریه های سیاسی در حوزه ی "سنّت فكری شیعی" را بدون ارجاع به معانی و مفاهیم ابتكاری و ابداعی، و در چارچوب سنّتِ معمول و موجود از مفهوم مشروعیّت، بازخوانی و تفسیر كرد؟ مدعای مقاله این است كه دقت و تعمق در متن نهج البلاغه و باز خوانی این متن ارجمند از منظر مفهوم «حقّ » نشان می دهد كه امام در باب زمامداری و اقتدار سیاسی مبتكر نظریه ای است كه می توان از آن با عنوان "نظریه حق فرمانروایی" یاد كرد؛ نظریه ای كه به سان دیگر نظریه هایی كه در ذیل بحث مشروعیت ارائه شده اند شایسته بررسی و امعان نظر جدی است.

Legitimacy and talk about it in intellectual tradition of Shia is fundamental problem of this research. Legitimacyisimportantin theShiitePolitical Thought because ithas been removed from the current tradition to understand the meaning of legitimacy and is presented new Inter pretationsand innovations.The fundamental question that bringssuch problem is that can be possible to interpret the Shiite political theory without reference tothe in novativeinterpretations. This research with it squestions in the context of the problem and the fundamental question rereadthetext of Nahj from the perspective ofthe right. This article argues that Imam Ali has an in novativetheory aboutgovernanceandpolitical authority that It can becalled the theory ofright torule: A theoryalongside other theories of legitimacy which reveals it is possible to interpret the Shiite Political Thought based oncommontradition of this concept. In this research is considered the method ologicalim plications of Gadamerʹs philosophyto deal withtext.
