بررسي اجزا تكنولوژي سازمان‌هاي خدماتي با رويكرد افزايش بهره وري(مطالعه موردي: سازمان‌هاي خدماتي شهر تبريز)

Study of technology factors of Official Organizations (Case study: Official Organizations of Tabriz)

اين بررسي با هدف ارزيابي چهار جز تكنولوژي فن‌‌افزار، انسان‌افزار، سازمان‌افزار و اطلاعات‌افزار در سازمان‌هاي خدماتي، فرضيه‌اي با اين عنوان كه اجزا تكنولوژي در اين سازمان‌ها نامتوازن است را دنبال مي‌كند. در راستاي هدف اين بررسي جهت جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، شش سازمان خدماتي به عنوان نمونه قابل دسترس انتخاب و پس از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از طريق پرسشنامه، مصاحبه، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. در اين رابطه تشخيص اين موضوع مهم است كه هر سازمان براي متوازن‌سازي اجزا چهارگانه تكنولوژيك خود به ترتيب اولويت تقويت و بهبود كدام جز چهارگانه تكنولوژيك را در برنامه‌هاي مديريت تكنولوژي سازمان قرار دهد تا در نتيجه بتوان از تكنولوژي سازماني براي تبديل هر چه بهتر منابع به ستانده‌هاي سازماني بهره گرفت. در برنامه‌ جاري اين سازمان‌ها و برنامه پيشنهادي متوازن‌سازي اجزا چهارگانه تكنولوژيك مغايرت‌هايي ملاحظه مي‌شود. بدين صورت كه نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بين اجزا تكنولوژي توازن وجود ندارد و مقدار TCC آن‌ها نيز متفاوت بوده و شكاف تكنولوژيك اين اجزا در سازمان‌هاي خدماتي با نوع فعاليت درماني و غذايي و بانكي از بيشترين تا كمترين به ترتيب عبارتند از سازمان‌افزار، انسان‌افزار، اطلاعات‌‌افزار و فن‌‌افزار و در سازمان‌هاي خدماتي با نوع فعاليت توريستي و مسكن به ترتيب عبارتند از انسان‌‌افزار، سازمان‌‌افزار، اطلاعات‌‌افزار و فن‌‌افزار و سازمان خدماتي با نوع فعاليت فرهنگي به ترتيب عبارتند از اطلاعات‌‌افزار، انسان‌‌افزار، سازمان‌‌افزار و فن‌‌افزار كه اين سازمان‌ها براي متوازن‌سازي اجزا چهارگانه تكنولوژيك به همين ترتيب بايستي تقويت و بهبود هر كدام را بايستي مورد توجه قرار دهد.

This study with the evaluation direction and with aim of four basic factors and elements of technology includes Techno ware; Human ware; Organization ware; and Info ware as THIO of technology main and basic factors in official organizations, recognized main hypothesis that mentioned factors are not balance at these official organizations. In relation of study goal, data collected from five available official organizations as sample through questionnaire, interview and science challenge. Statistical analysis and another results showed that four basic factors and elements of technology are not balance at official organizations and quantity of TCC as Technology Content Coefficient is different.
