صدور معجزه از ناحيه معصومان، يكي از مهم‌ترين مباحث كلامي در موضوع امامت است كه نمونه‌هاي بسياري از آن در منابع روايي اماميه گزارش شده است. البته برخي همچون معتزله، معجزه را تنها مختص انبيا دانسته و امامت را بدون صدور معجزه نيز جايز دانسته‏ا‏ند. با توجه به اهميت اعجاز در مباحث امامت از يك‌سو، صدور بسياري از معجزه‌ها از ناحيه معصومان از سوي ديگر و نظر به دوران امامت امام رضا(‏ع) و تعدد معجزه‌هاي ايشان، در نوشتار حاضر، اصول حاكم بر معجزه‌هاي امام رضا(ع) و گونه‏‏هاي اعجاز ايشان در ميراث روايي اماميه بررسي و تحليل مي‌شود. خبر دادن از مافي‌الضمير، آينده و امور غيبي، علم به انواع زبان‌ها و زبان حيوانات، استجابت دعا، شفابخشي، طي‌الارض، معرفت حيوانات به امام، آمدن به خوابِ برخي مردم و توصيه آنها، دستيابي به گنج‏هاي زمين و عرضه ‏ا‏عمال به ايشان از مهم‌ترين مصاديق اعجاز در سيره امام رضا‏(ع) است.

Miracle-working by the Infallibles (Masoumin) is one of the most important theological issues regarding Imamate and many cases of miracle-working by Imams have been reported in Imamia narrative sources. However, some including Muʹtazilite believes that Miracles are uniquely worked by prophets and Imamate does not include miracles. Given the importance of miracle working in Imamate discussions on one hand, and the fact that many miracles have been worked by Imams on the other hand, and considering Imam Rezaʹs Imamate era and the miracles worked by him, this paper seeks to explore and analyze the principles and types of miracles by Imam Reza through Imamia narrative legacy. Among miracles by Imam Reza (PBUH) are: knowing the unknown, the occult and whatʹs going to happen, knowing many languages as well as languages of animals, Godʹs answering his prayers, healing, virtual travel from one place to another (tay al-arz), animalsʹ acquaintance with him, his presence in some peopleʹs dreams with recommendations for them, access to natural treasures and knowing about peopleʹs daily actions.
