ويژگي هاي اجتماعي- اقتصادي موثر بر نگرش جوانان روستايي استان سمنان نسبت به اشتغال در فعاليت هاي كشاورزي

Socio-Economic Characteristics Influencing the Rural Youth’s Attitudes toward Employment in Agricultural Activities in Semnan Province of Iran

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ويژگي هاي موثر بر نگرش آنها نسبت به اشتغال در بخش كشاورزي پرداخته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل جوانان روستايي بين 18 تا 24 سال ساكن مناطق روستايي استان سمنان به تعداد 102089 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان به تعداد 384 نفر تعيين شد. به منظور دسترسي به اهداف تحقيق از آزمونهاي همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتايج رگرسيون چندگانه حاكي از آن بود كه علاقه مندي به انجام فعاليت هاي كشاورزي، سطح زمين زراعي، همكاري با مراكز خدمات كشاورزي، تمايل به انجام كار گروهي، همكاري با شوراي اسلامي روستا، و همكاري با مديريت جهاد كشاورزي به طور مثبت و همكاري با تعاوني توليد و ميزان برخورداري از اطلاعات و دانش فني به طور منفي بر نگرش جوانان روستايي تاثير دارند. توسعه مراكز آموزش كشاورزي در سطوح متوسطه در مناطق روستايي، طراحي و اجراي برنامه هاي آموزشي مناسب از قبيل بازديد از پروژه هاي موفق و كارآفرينان، طراحي و اجراي برنامه هاي مشاركتي، سياست گذاري مناسب و حمايت هاي لازم از جوانان روستايي از جمله پيشنهادهاي مطالعه حاضر بودند.

This study aimed at investigating socio-economic characteristics influencing the rural youth’s attitudes toward employment in agricultural activities in Semnan province of Iran. It was conducted in a causal relationship method. The statistical society included the rural youth, between 18 to 24 years, living in rural areas of the province (102089 people). The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan table (384 persons). The method used to access the samples was a stratified random sampling method. The result of multiple regression indicated that interest in agricultural activities, agricultural land area, collaboration with agricultural service centers, willingness to team work, cooperation with rural council, and collaboration with Jihad for Agriculture administration had a positive impact and collaboration with production cooperatives, having technical knowledge and information had a negative impact on the attitudes of the studied people, anticipating some 47.7 percent of the variance of the dependent variable. This study recommended the development of high school agricultural training centers in rural areas, design and implementation of appropriate educational programs such as visits to successful projects and entrepreneurs, design and implementation of participatory programs, appropriate policies and support for young people in rural areas.
