براي به ثمر نشستن حاصل تلاش انسان، عوامل پيدا و پنهان فراواني نقش ايفا مي‌كنند. يكي از عوامل پنهان كه موجب رشد، تكاپو و زايش مضاعف عمل مي?شود، رشد معنوي و بركت آن است. در فرهنگ قرآن و روايات، نقطه عزيمت هر حركت، سخن و انديشه‌اي، اتكال آن بر پديده‌هاي غيبي و غير آشكار است. از جمله اين امور بركت و افزايش بهره وري انسان است. اين نوشتار با توصيف و تحليل محتواي آيات و روايات، برخي عوامل بركت‌افزايي را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. از نتايج مهم پژوهش مي‌توان به امكان بهره گيري انسان از امدادهاي غيبي و معنويت نظام طبيعت در افزايش بهره‌وري و بهينه‌سازي امور اشاره كرد.

One of the hidden factors that lead to the development and double increase of one’s actions is the spiritual growth and its blessing (baraka). In the culture of the Qur’?n and traditions, the departing point of any movement, word, or idea, is its reliance on hidden and non-manifest phenomena. Among these factors is the blessing and increase of man’s productivity. Through description and analysis of the content of the ?yas and traditions, this writing has studied some factors of increasing blessing. The possibility of human enjoyment of assistance from the unseen world and the spirituality of the nature’s order in the increase of productivity and improvement of one’s state of affairs can be mentioned as among the significant findings of this research.
