The Principles and Foundations of Council in Imam Aliʹʹs Viewpoint

شورا از اصول بديهي و ضروري اسلام است كه در اداره امور جامعه و تحكيم روابط اجتماعي نقشي به‌سزا دارد. اين امر مهم و حياتي را ضوابط و معيارهايي است كه رعايت آنها آدمي را در تصميم‌گيري‌ها از خطا و لغزش مصون مي‌دارد و تلاش وي را در دفع مضار و جلب منافع و مصالح عمومي به نتيجه مي‌رساند. ازاين‌رو، هيچ كس از مشورت‌جويي و نظرخواهي و بهره‌‌گيري از آرا و افكار و تجارب مشاوران متعهّد و متخصّص بي‌نياز نيست. علاوه‌بر آيات صريح قرآن كريم درباره شورا و مشورت و ترغيب بدان، در تعاليم پيشوايان معصوم، به‌ويژه امام علي‌(ع)، بدين مهم از زواياي گوناگون پرداخته شده و از اصول و آداب آن به طرزي بديع سخن رفته كه در خور مطالعه و بررسي دقيق و همه‌جانبه است. در اين مقاله با تاكيد بر عظمت انديشه ملكوتي حضرت علي(ع) و تفوّق آن بر افكار و آراي بشري تلاش شده است به مباني شورا در انديشه علوي، با محتوا و اهدافي متعالي، توجه شود. بدين منظور، طرحي در تطبيق نظريات امام(ع) با آيات شورا ارايه شده و در آن از اهميت و ضرورت، فوايد و آثار، اصالت و حجيت و نيز حدود و جايگاه مشورت سخن به‌‌ميان آمده و سپس جنبه‌هاي ايجابي و سلبي آن در طيفي وسيع تبيين شده است كه درواقع انسان‌شناسي شورا از ديدگاه امام علي‌(ع) را تداعي مي‌كند.

Council is one of the self-evident and necessary rules of Islam. It is an institution which has an important role in administrating a society and consolidating its social relations with other societies. In this regard, there are some rules and standards that prevent wrong decisions and lead oneʹs attempts to eliminate disadvantages and gain advantages and satisfy public interests. Therefore, there is nobody who doesnʹt need to consult with other people or to ask their opinion or to refer to committed and expert counselors. Besides the clear-defined verses of Holy Qurʹan about council and consulting, infallible Imams (AS), especially Imam Ali (AS), discussed this subject from different points and talked innovatively about its principles and rules, which needs to be studied carefully and extensively. This article tries to study the principles of council in Alavi thoughts and opinion with exalted content and emphasizes the greatness of Imam Aliʹs (AS) thoughts and their supremacy over the thoughts of human beings. For this, the article begins with introducing a plan for comparing Imam Aliʹs (AS) opinion with the verses about council in which there are some explanations about council and its importance, necessity, advantages and outcomes, authenticity, authoritativeness, domain, and position. Then the article states some of the positive and negative aspects of council in a broad spectrum which conveys the anthropology of council in Imam Aliʹs (AS) point of view.
