الگوي مديريت بحران‌هاي سياسي ـ اجتماعي از منظر اميرالمومنين علي (ع)

Imam Ali’s Patterns of Political and Social Crisis Management

استخراج الگوها و مدل‌هاي مديريت اسلامي، دغدغه‌اي است كه درطول ساليان اخير بسياري از پژوهشگران را به‌سمت مطالعات تاريخي ـ تطبيقي كشانده است. اين مهم گرچه امكان‌پذير و كارآ بوده، انتخاب روش‌هاي وصول به اين الگوها و حوزه‌هاي مطالعاتي نيز درخور توجه است. استفاده از روش‌هاي تحقيق مناسب در حوزه علوم انساني، به‌ويژه در مطالعات تاريخي ـ ديني، به پژوهشگر كمك مي‌كند درك بهتري از چگونگي روند وقوع حوادث تاريخي و زمينه‌هاي شكل‌گيري متون ديني در آن شرايط و گفتمان حاكم بر آن عصر پيدا و درنهايت الگوهاي مديريتي آن را استخراج كند. وقوع جنگ‌هاي سه‌گانه جمل، صفين و نهروان در زمان حكومت اميرالمومنين(ع)، ازجمله بحران‌هاي سياسي ـ اجتماعي است كه باعث ايجاد تفرقه در امت و جغرافياي اسلام، تضعيف اقتدار رهبري و لطمه‌خوردن مقبوليت عمومي جامعه اسلامي شده بود. اين جنگ‌هاي داخلي به تحريك افرادي صورت مي‌گرفت كه نفاق آنان مانع از كشف حقيقت براي جامعه اسلامي مي‌شد؛ از اين رو، بررسي رفتار حضرت علي(ع) در مديريت اين بحران‌ها مي‌تواند كمك شاياني به مديريت بحران‌هاي مشابه در عصر حاضر بكند. استخراج الگوي مديريت اين بحران‌ها ازخلال مطالعه مكتوبات نگاشته‌شده حضرت علي(ع) به روش تحليل محتواي كمّي و كيفي، هدفي است كه در اين مقاله دنبال مي‌شود.

Extracting patterns and models of management is a concern over the recent years and has led many researchers toward comparative historical studies. Although this is feasible and efficient, selection of models and methods to access this area of study is also noteworthy. Using appropriate research methods in the field of humanities, especially historical and religious studies help the researcher to have better understanding of how historical events and issues shaping the religious texts in that conditions and the dominated discourse in that era and eventually find its management patterns. Battles of Jamal, Siffin and Nehru in the reign of Imam Ali (AS) were the social and political crises which cause divisions in the Muslim community, undermining public acceptance of authority and leadership and loss of Muslim community public acceptance. These wars took place at the instigation of those who deny the truth of hypocrisy for the Muslim community; hence, studying the behavior of Imam Ali (AS) in crisis management can help to do the same today. Extracting Patterns to manage these crises through studying Imam Ali (AS)’s letters using quantitative and qualitative content analysis methods are the goal pursued in this paper.
