مدل پيش بيني بروز تخلفات از نوع توقف ممنوع در معابر هسته مركزي شهرهاي كشور

A Prediction Model for Incidences in Fractions of Barred Stop Kind in Path Ways of City Central Nucleus and Country

هدف اصلي در اين مقاله تعيين مدل پيش‌بيني بروز تخلفات از نوع توقف ممنوع در معابر هسته مركزي شهرهاي كشور با مطالعه موردي در هسته مركزي شهر بجنورد و بررسي عوامل زمينه‌ساز در بروز تخلف توقف ممنوع است. اين مطالعه از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش‌هاي گرد آوري داده ها، توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش دو مورد هستند، تمامي كارشناسان راهنمايي و رانندگي شهر بجنورد كه تعداد آنها 43 كارشناس و جامعه دوم تمامي رانندگان شهر بجنورد هستند كه از بين آنها تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. شيوه نمونه گيري براي جامعه دوم به‌روش خوشه اي چندمرحله اي است. در اين مطالعه از ابزار پرسش نامه استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد متغيرهاي اصلي تحقيق كه شامل سطح فرهنگي و اجتماعي شهروندان، اثرات روش هاي كنترلي و بازدارنده در هنگام اوج ترافيك، متغير وجود مديريت ترافيك در سطح معابر و وجود تعادل بين عرضه و تقاضاي پاركينگ به‌صورت كلي بر بروز تخلف توقف ممنوع موثر مي باشند. ضريب هم‌بستگي چندگانه به ميزان 0.573 R=بوده كه نشان‌دهنده هم‌بستگي تقريباً بالاي بين متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته مي‌باشد. ضريب تعيين در اين مدل 0.328، كه نشان‌دهنده 32.8 درصد از متغير وابسته تخلف توقف ممنوع توسط متغيرهاي مستقل حاضر در مدل تبيين مي‌شوند.

The aim of the present research is to develop a prediction model for incidences IN fractions of barred stop kind in path ways of city central Nucleus and country with case study in cuter of Bojnourd city and survey of constituent factors in occurrence In fraction of Illicit stop. Results of research shows that basic variable of research that include cultural and social level of citizens, effect control and inhibiter in traffic peak time, Variable existence terrific Management in Pathways level and existence of balance between offer and request of parking are effective in incidence and in fraction of Inhibited stop totally. Multi correlation coefficient. Was R=0/573 that indicating high correlation between independent and Dependent variables. Appointment coefficient in this Model is 0/328 that it shows 32/8% percent of Dependent variable inhibited stop of infraction is determined by independent variables present in Model and reminder has determined by other independent variables that in this Model they weren’t introduce.
