مدل پارادايمي مديريت جهادي با استفاده از نظريه داده بنياد

Recognition and Enlightenment of the dimensions of Jihadi Management through the Grounded Theory

اهداف متمايز و متعالي انقلاب اسلامي در راستاي رشد و كمال آحاد جامعه و بسط عدالت، منوط به استفاده از الگوي مديريتي متناسب با آن است. چنين الگويي برخاسته از مباني منحصر به فردي است كه با مبادي ماده بنياد فكري و تمدني غرب در تعارض است. الگوي مديريتي و سازماني مطلوب براي مدل تمدني در افق انقلاب اسلامي، مبتني بر ارزش‌هاي الهي است. يكي از غني‌ترين مفاهيم و الگوهاي مديريتي مطرح در چارچوب كمال‏محور تمدن اسلامي، سبك "مديريت جهادي" است. اين پژوهش كيفي به‌دنبال شناسايي و تبيين ابعاد مديريت جهادي در قالب الگويي نظام‌مند و با بهره‌گيري از نظريه داده‌بنياد مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي كيفي تحقيق به‌وسيله نرم افزار MAXQDA تحليل شده و نهايتا مدل پارادايمي مديريت جهادي تبيين مي‌شود. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه مديريت جهادي داراي ابعاد اصلي ارزش، نگرش و رفتار در سطح فرد و فرهنگ، ساختار و فرآيند در سطح سازمان مي‌باشد كه خود به مقوله‌هاي فرعي تقسيم مي‌شوند. سپس با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده شرايط علّي، مقوله محوري، زمينه، راهبرد، شرايط مداخله‌گر و پيامد مديريت جهادي به روش نظريه داده بنياد استخراج گرديده‌اند.

Abstract Reaching the distinguished and prodigious objectives of the Islamic revolution in order to serve the growth and maturity of the society and spread of justice requires implementation of appropriate managerial patterns. Such a pattern derives from a unique principle which contrasts materialistic bases of the western school of thought and civilization. The desired organizational and managerial pattern for the civilization model along the horizations of the Islamic Revolution is based on divine values. One of the richest concepts and managerial patterns within the perfection oriented framework of the Islamic civilization is the “Jihadi Management.” This qualitative research attempts to identify and shed lights on the dimensions of Jihadi Management and Jihadi Organization within a structured pattern using the Grounded Theory. The qualitative findings of the study were analysed by MAX QDA software, where light is eventually shed on the paradigm model of the Jihadi Management. The findings of the study indicates that the Jihadi Management consists of main dimensions including value, view, behaviour from individual perspective as well as culture, structure and process from organizational perspective which are divided into different subcategories for discussion. Next, in consideration of the results, causal conditions, core categories, context, strategies, interfering conditions and outcomes of the Jihadi Management are extracted using the Grounded Theory
