Investigate the role of equating in class assessment

دقت در تهيه آزمونها ي پيشرفت تحصيلي و سنجش كلاسي هرچند هز و بر نهي وقت ريگ باش، به علت نقش مهمي كه در سرنوشت فرد ايفا يم كند ارزشمند است، پس لازم است حداقل اصول علمي در تهيه آزمون ها رعايت شود. يكي از موارد مهم براي بهبود كيفيت اين ها آزمون ، استفاده از شـ وهي هـا ي جديـد براي تجزيه و تحليل ها داده يم باشد. از دو دهه گذشته با تكيه بر نظريه پرسش ـ پاسخ يم توان اقدام به تهيه سوالها يي كرد كه بدون توجه به متغيرهاي مربوط به دانشآموزان، دشواري و آساني ها آن از قبـل تعيين شده و توانايي آنان بدون توجه به سوال خاصي تعيين شود. علاوه بر اين، مـ يتـوان سـوال هـا را چنان تنظيم نمود كه فقط براي دانشآموزان ي مناسب باشد كه از توانايي بالا برخوردارند و سـرانجام از يك مجموعه سوال يم توان چندين آزمون كاملاً مشـابه تهيـه كـرد كـه در فـرم هـا ي مختلـف، از نظـر يو ژگيها ي آماري يكسان باشند. اين امكان، همترازسازي آزمـون اسـت كـه در سـنجش هـا ي كلاسـي يم تواند مفيد و كاربردي باشد. در اين مقاله شيوه هاي مختلف همترازسـازي و كـاربرد آن در سـاخت آزمونها ي پيشرفت تحصيلي در سنجشها ي كلاسي تشريح شده و پيشـنهادات كـاربردي و عملـي در اين زمينه ارايه شده است

Although the very exact and delicate study of the tests concerning the educational progresses is expensive and time-consuming, but according to the important role it plays in destiny of the individuals, it is valuable. So it is necessary that at least the scientific factors be considered in making of the tests. One of the important ways to develop the quality of these tests is the use of new methods for analysis of the data. Since the two past decades, with the emphasis on the theory of question-answer, it is possible to make questions that regardless to the student variables, the ease or difficulty of the tests and the ability of the students to answer them, have been previously determined. Moreover, the tests could be made in such a way that to be appropriate for the clever students. And multiple similar tests could be made out of one collection of questions with similar statistical characteristics in different forms. This possibility is the equating of the test that is important and useful in class exams. In this paper, the different methods of equating and its application in the tests of educational progresses are explained and the pragmatic and scientific suggestions are presented.
