بررسي جايگاه واژگان مصوبِ فرهنگستان زبان و ادب فارسي در فهرست سرعنوان هاي موضوعي فارسي

A study on the status of words approved by the Academy of Persian Language and Literature in the List of Persian subject headings

فرهنگستان زبان و ادب فارسي، به عنوان مرجعي ملي و معتبر در زمينه معادل يابيِ واژگان بيگانه، ضمن انتشار فهرستي از واژگان مصوب فرهنگستان، به منظور رفع تشتّت و ايجاد هماهنگي در فعاليت‌هاي مراكز فرهنگي و پژوهشي در حوزه زبان و ادب فارسي، كليه سازمان هاي دولتي را به پيروي و استفاده از واژگان يادشده فراخوانده است. در اين بين، نقش كتابخانه ملي، نَه صرفاً به عنوان كتابخانه مادر، كه به دليل نقشي كه در تدوين و انتشار فهرست سرعنوان هاي موضوعي فارسي در كشور عهده دار است، در مقايسه با ديگر سازمان-ها، اهميت ويژه اي دارد. نگارنده بر آن است تا در نوشتار حاضر، در قالب نمونه هايي چند، ضمن تعيين ميزان تاثيرپذيريِ فهرست سرعنوان هاي موضوعي فارسي از واژگان مصوب فرهنگستان زبان ايران، برخي تناقض هاي موجود ميان رويكرد فعلي كتابخانه ملي و اصول تدوين فهرست سرعنوان هاي موضوعي فارسي را تبيين نمايد.

The Academy of Persian Language and Literature as a national and authentic source for finding Farsi equivalents for Foreign words, while publishing a list of words approved by the Academy, has obliged all governmental institutions to follow its approved words in order to prevent inconsistency and provide consistency for the activities performed by cultural and research centers. Compared to other related institutions, the role of National Library and Archive of the Islamic Republic of Iran (NLAI), not merely as the most important library in Iran, but as the organization responsible for the preparation and publication of List of Persian subject headings (LPSH) is especially more important in this regard. Presenting some examples, the present paper aims to illustrate how influential the Academy has been on LPSH. Some contradictions between the present approach of NLAI, and the principles governing the preparation of LPSH have also been exemplified.
