Utopia ruling Mulla Sadra Compared to the Supreme Leader, Imam Khomeini

يكي از مهم‏ترين ضرورت‏هاي زندگي اجتماعي انسان؛ كه هيچ گريزي از آن نيست؛ حكومت است و ازآنجايي‌كه حكومت بدون حاكم معني و مفهوم ندارد شناخت حاكم و ويژگي‌هاي وي نيز همين اهميت را دارا است، متفكرين شيعه در رابطه با نحوه اداره جامعه مسلمانان در دوره غيبت نظرات مختلفي دارند كه از مهم‌ترين آن‌ها؛ نظريه ولايت‌فقيه است؛ كه در دوران معاصر احياكننده نظري آن ودرطول تاريخ يگانه برپاكننده عملي آن؛ از شاگردان مشي حكمت متعاليه؛ امام خميني است. اين مقاله اثبات كرده كه آراي ملاصدرا درزمينه حاكم اسلامي علاوه بر مباني قابل‌قبول نقلي، پايه‌هايي عقلاني و فلسفي نيز دارد؛ و با عالي‌ترين نظريه‌هاي حكومتي در شيعه، كاملاً هماهنگي و همخواني دارد كه اين امر توجه كافي وي را به سياست و حكومت نشان مي‌دهد. اين امر در جستار حاضر ازرهگذرمقايسه خصوصيات، وظايف، حدود اختيارات ... حاكم مدينه فاضله صدرالمتالهين باوليّ فقيه امام خميني صورت گرفته است كه رابطه‌اي «اين‌هماني» دارند.

One of the most important necessities of human social life that is not avoidable is the government. Since the government does not make sense without a ruler, recognition of ruler and his/her characteristics has also the same importance.Shia thinkers have different opinions with regard to the management of the Muslim community during the absence period; one of the most important of them is the theory of velayat-e faqih (supreme leadership). And its theoretical revitalizer in the contemporary era and historically its unique practical founder is one of the students of transcendent wisdom approach, i.e. Imam Khomeini. This paper has demonstrated that Mulla Sadra ideas about the Islamic ruler in addition to acceptable scriptural foundations, also enjoys rational and philosophical foundations and is completely consistent and well-coordinated with the highest government doctrines in Shiism and this issue shows his adequate attention to the politics and government. In the present research, this issue has been carried out through comparison and comparing the characteristics, duties, scope of powers, etc. of the utopia ruler of Mulla Sadra with the supreme leader of Imam Khomeini which are “the same things”.
