ارزيابي ميزان رضايت شهروندي از كيفيت هاي سكونتي در مجتمع هاي مسكوني؛ موردپژوهي: مجتمع‎هاي مسكوني شهر همدان

هدف از تعريف مفاهيم و مولفه هاي كيفيت سكونتي شهر اين است كه يك نظريه كلي و عمومي در مورد يك مجتمع زيستي مطلوب ارايه شود؛ نظريه اي كه با هرگونه محيط انساني سازگار شود، به آن پاسخگو باشد و بتواند ارزش هاي عمومي را به عمليات خاص و مشخصي پيوند دهـد و به ارتباط بين ارزش هاي انسـاني و شهر كالبدي ـ فضايي محدود شود. با بررسي و مرور ادبيات مربوط به ميزان رضايت از محيط سكونتي مشخص شده است كه درك ميزان رضايت از سوي شهروندان از كيفيت سكونتي تاثير فراگير در ميزان رضايتمندي اجتماعي و ايجاد محيطي مطلوب و پاسخده براي زندگي دارد. در اين ميان ارزيابي ساكنان از محيط هاي سكونتي شان مي تواند به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين معيارهاي سنجش دستيابي به اهداف و ارزيابي ميزان موفقيت هر طرح شهري مطرح شود. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي است و روش جمع آوري داده ها از طريق تكميل پرسشنامه مي باشد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون T و روش هاي تحليل واريانس يك طرفه و آزمون L.S.D و Scheffe تجزيه و تحليل شدند. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده، ميزان رضايت ساكنين در رابطه با كيفيت محيطي در حد متوسط و در برخي ابعاد مطلوب بدست آمد. همچنين نتايج آزمون براي رضايت از كيفيت محيط سكونتي نيز در سه شاخص اندازه و تسهيلات مسكن، و شرايط دروني و بيروني مجتمع هاي مسكوني تاحدودي معني دار بود. در پايان نيز در راستاي ارتقا ميزان رضايت ساكنين از كيفيت هاي سكونتي در مجمتع هاي مسكوني در حوزه شرايط دروني و بيروني راهكارهايي راهبردي و اجرايي مورد اشاره قرار گرفت.

The purpose of defining concepts and residential quality component of this is a general theory about a biological complex is desired. The theory that is compatible with any human environment, it is accountable to the public and can be linked to specific operations and the connection between human values and in the physical space to be restricted. With review of the literature on the satisfaction of specified residential environment is to understand the satisfaction of citizensʹ satisfaction with the quality of residential pervasive influence on social and environmental development of appropriate and responsive to life. The assessment of residents from their home environments can be used as one of the most important measures to achieve the targets and evaluate the success of any urban design agenda. The research is descriptive and analytical methods and a technique of data collection through the questionnaire is completed. Using T-test and ANOVA analysis and LSD test and Scheffe method were analyzed. Based on the results, the satisfaction of the residents in relation to environmental quality was average and in some desirable aspects. The test results for the three indicators of satisfaction with the quality of residential environment and housing, and residential complexes rather significant internal and external conditions. Finally, in order to promote residentsʹ satisfaction with the quality of living in a residential complex in the area of strategic solutions and implementing internal and external conditions were cited.
