استفاده از نقشه علّي بيزين براي بررسي عوامل موثر بر تورم در اقتصاد ايران

Using of the Bayesian Causal Map In Order to Investigate the Effective Factors on Inflation in the Iranian Economy

يكي از مهم‏ترين اهداف هر نظام اقتصادي دستيابي به تورم پايين و باثبات و رشد اقتصادي مداوم است. در مطالعه حاضر، نخست، با استفاده از نقشه علّي كامل، عوامل موثر بر تورم شناسايي شد. سپس، با استفاده از شبكه علّي بيزين و تعيين احتمالات پيشين و احتمالات پسين در قالب سناريوهاي مختلف، به بررسي تاثير هر يك از اين عوامل بر نرخ تورم در اقتصاد ايران پرداخته شد. نتايج تحليل حساسيت نشان مي‏دهد رابطه نرخ تورم با متغيرهاي كسري بودجه، نسبت اعتبارات بخش خصوصي به توليد ناخالص داخلي، بدهي دولت، نرخ ارز، اندازه دولت، و نرخ بهره مثبت و با متغير نرخ رشد اقتصادي منفي است. بنابراين، در راستاي نتايج تحقيق، با توجه به اهميت معضل تورم، اگر بودجه دولت مستقل از درآمدهاي نفتي باشد، مي‏توان اميدوار بود كه استقلال بانك مركزي مي‏تواند گامي در جهت كاهش تورم در اقتصاد ايران باشد. طبقه‌بندي JEL:E3, E31

One of the most important objectives of any economic system is to achieve to low and stable inflation and sustained economic growth. In this study, first, Bayesian causal is indentified effective factors on inflation and then using Bayesian causal network and Determining prior probabilities and posterior probabilities in different scenarios,it is discussed The impacts of this factors on inflation in the Iranian economy. Sensitivity analysis show The relationship of inflation to budget deficit, ratio private credit to gross domestic production, government debt, exchange rate, govement size and interest rate is positive and with economic growth is negative. Then, it is recommended if government budget is independence from oil revenues, there is hope that Central bank independence can be a step towards disinflation in the Iranian economy.
