چكيده فارسي :
سياق، يكي از قراين مهم پيوسته كلام، داراي حجيت عقلايي و مورد عنايت امامان معصوم? است و همواره در بحث هاي تفسيري مورد توجه مفسران و دانشمندان علوم قرآني قرار گرفته است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصيفي_ تحليلي ،ضمن بررسي اجمالي مفهوم سياق، شرايط تحقق آن و انواع آن؛ كاربرد سياق در تفسير الكاشف علّامه محمد جواد مغنيه را مورد پژوهش قرار داده است. روش مولف تفسير الكاشف در بحث سياق، نشانه اعتقاد ايشان به سياق كلمات، جملات و آيات مي‌باشد، ولي ظاهرا به سياق سوره‌ها معتقد نبوده؛ و در هيچ جاي تفسيرش به آن نپرداخته است. همچنين همانند برخي از مفسران به فراگير بودن سياق به عنوان يك قاعده كلي معتقد نمي‌باشد و حتي در مواردي معناي مستفاد از سياق را تاويل مي برد. نيز ايشان در تفسير برخي از آيات اگرچه معناي خاص سياقي را مي پذيرد، ولي آن را مخصص معنا نمي داند و قايل به عموميت آيه است و در مجموع روشن گرديد كه قاعده سياق در تفسير الكاشف كاربردهاي فراواني دارد كه عبارت‌اند از: به دست آوردن معناي واژگان، تعيين معنا و مقصود آيه، تعيين سبب نزول آيه، تعيين مخاطبان خطاب، ارزيابي اقوال مفسران،تعيين مرجع ضمير و كشف محذوفات.

Study of the Application of Context (Siy?q) in ‘All?ma Mu?ammad Jaw?d Mughniya’s Tafs?r Al-K?shif

Context (siy?q), one of the significant evidences related to discourse, enjoys the rational validity, was favored by the Infallible Imams (A.S.), and has always attracted the attention of the interpreters and the scholars of Qurnic sciences in exegetical discussions. While briefly examining the concept of siy?q, the conditions for its realization, and its variations, the present article has, with a descriptive-analytical method, researched about the application of siy?q in Tafs?r Al-K?shif of ‘All?ma Mu?ammad Jaw?d Mughniya. The method of the author of Tafs?r Al-K?shif concerning siy?q is an indication of his belief in the siy?q of words, sentences, and verses; however, he does not believe in siy?q of s?ras and has not dealt with it in any part of his interpretation, nor does he believe in the exclusiveness of siy?q as a general rule, as some other interpreters did, and even in some instances he interprets the meaning inferred from siy?q. Although in the interpretation of some verses he accepts the specific meaning of siy?q, he does not view it as a specific feature of meaning and believes in the generality of the verse. In sum, it was clarified that the rule of siy?q in Tafs?r Al-K?shif has many functions, such as acquiring the meaning of the words; determining the meaning and purpose of the verse; determining the Revelation occasion; determining the addressees of the command; assessment of the interpreters’ views; determining the antecedent, and discovering the eliminated.
