The Obstacles of Occurrence of Resistance Economy

در تقابل با سياست هاي خصمانه غرب تنها راه حفظ عزت و كرامت ما، رويكرد اقتصاد مقاومتي است؛ كه به جز وسوسه خناسان، وجود مفاسد در چهره هاي مختلف مانع مهم پيش روي تحقق آن مي باشد. نويسنده در اين نوشتار كوشيده است، در حد امكان آسيب هايي كه از اين ناحيه متوجه مقصود مي شود را همراه با راهكارهاي عملي ارايه نمايد. نوشته حاضر كه به شيوه توصيفي و روش كتابخانه اي يا آرشيوي يا اسنادي و در مايه بنيادي يا راهبردي بحث مي كند، شامل مقدمه و سه بخش عمده مي باشد: مقدمه با تعريف برخي مفاهيم كه در طول بحث مورد استفاده واقع مي شوند آغاز و در ادامه تبعات كلي فساد و ارايه راهبردهايي براي نهادينه كردن فرهنگ مقاومت را مد نظر قرار مي دهد. بخش اول، به مفاسد اقتصادي و رابطه اش با اقتصاد مقاومتي و چگونگي تهديد آن توجه دارد. بخش دوم، مفاسد اداري ـ سياسي را مورد كنكاش قرار مي دهد: آفات و تبعات آن، بسترها و زمينه ها و مايه هاي آن، و گونه هايي از آن و ارايه يك راهبرد. وي در اين بخش علت كم توجهي مسوولان را در برخورد با فساد مورد نقد و تحليل قرار مي دهد. بخش سوم، به ساير شاخه هاي فساد همچون علمي، فرهنگي، هنري و معرفتي مي پردازد. نويسنده در اين بخش هنجارشكني در عرصه اخلاق اجتماعي را مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي دهد. وي در پايان با ارايه يك راهبرد اخلاقي و نتيجه گيري بحث خود را به پايان مي برد.

In challenge with hostile policies of the West, the unique path which is in harmony with our self- glory and dignity is an approach to resistance economy but besides the temptations from devils which it faces, there is corruption in different shapes. In this note,the author (based on his scientific ability) hastried to pen damage procedures which it confronts from this area, alongside with presenting practical strategies. The present note (which discusses with descriptive method and library, archiving and documentary method and in the fundamental-strategic base) has comprised of one introduction and three main parts: introduction provides the definition of some concepts firstly which is used during the discussion and in the second position it considers the general results of corruption and advances strategies to systematize resistance economy. The first part, it takes into consideration the economic corruption and its relation to resistance economy and how it threatens. The second part has analyzed political- bureaucratic corruption: damagesandits consequences, its backgrounds, channels and roots and some of its types andinforming one strategy. It is criticized and analyzed the reason of not being paid much attention to face these damages by those who are responsible for. The third part has argued the other branches of corruption such as scientific, cultural and artistic corruption. The writer has analyzed norm violation in the field of social morality. And at the end, the note ends with clarifying a moral strategy and achieving the end result.
