Passive Defense Study of Water Reservoirs and its Transmission Line

آب به‌عنوان اصلي ترين نياز بشر همواره مورد توجه بوده است. امروزه تامين و توزيع آب شرب، يكي از اساسي‌ترين مسيوليت‌هاي حكومت‌ها به‌شمار مي‌آيد. اكثر كارشناسان جنگ براين باورند كه جنگ جهاني سوم بر سر آب خواهد بود، بنابراين، تامين آب و حفظ زيرساخت هاي مربوط به آن حايز اهميت مي باشد. تامين آب، بيشتر از منابع زيرزميني مثل چاه، و سطحي مثل رودخانه ها صورت مي گيرد. مخازن ذخيره آب شامل مخازن هوايي و زميني از اصلي ترين اجزاي سيستم آبرساني مي‌باشد. تاسيسات آبرساني جزو زيرساخت هاي اساسي هر كشور مي باشد كه همواره مورد توجه و تهديد دشمنان به اشكال مختلف بوده است. در اين مطالعه، تهديدات مخازن ذخيره آب شناسايي و با توجه به شرايط مختلف نمره دهي شده اند تا هر منطقه با توجه به تهديدات احتمالي محافظت شود. همچنين در اين مطالعه، كشور به دو منطقه مركزي و مرزي و شهرها به دو دسته بزرگ و كوچك تقسيم شده است. پس از تهيه پرسش نامه‌ها بر اساس تهديدات و تكميل آن توسط كارشناسان و اساتيد اين حوزه و تجزيه‌وتحليل نتايج آن‌ها مشخص گرديد كه تمهيدات لازم با اين تهديدات در هر منطقه با مناطق ديگر متفاوت مي باشد. به‌عنوان مثال، در شهرهاي مرزي به هيچ عنوان نبايد زيرساخت هاي آبرساني به‌صورت سطحي و قابل مشاهده باشند و در صورت اجرا بايد به‌طور كامل استتار يابند ولي در شهرهاي كوچك مركزي مي توان از اين زيرساخت ها استفاده نمود.

Water has always been emphasized as fundamental human needs. Today, the supply and distribution of drinking water are considered as one of the most fundamental responsibilities of governmentsI Most experts believe that the third world war will be for water, therefore; water supply and maintaining the infrastructure are of utmost importance. Most water supplies will be provided from groundwater sources such as wells and surface water such as rivers. Water storage tanks including air and ground water are the main components of the system. Water plants are considered the basic infrastructures of any country which have always been noticed and threatened by enemies in various forms. In this study, threats to these infrastructures are identified and scored according to the different conditions so that each area can be protected due to possible threats. Moreover, in this study the country is divided into two regions, border and central, and cities into two groups, big and small. After the preparation and completion of questionnaires based on threats by experts and professors in this field and analyzing the results, it was indicated that the necessary arrangements with the threats in each area are different from those of other areas. For example, in border cities, water supply infrastructure should not be as superficial and observable and if implemented, must be fully camouflaged but this infrastructure can be used in central towns.
