اثربخشي دروس مبتني بر نرم‌افزارهاي آموزشي و كارگاهي- عملي كارشناسي ناپيوسته صنايع چوب با نيازهاي صنعت و بازار كار

The Effectiveness of Educational Software and Workshop-Based/ Practical Courses of Discontinuous BS of Wood Industry with the Needs of Industry and the Labor Market

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي ميزان اثربخشي دروس مبتني بر نرم‌افزارهاي آموزشي (طراحي فرآورده‌هاي چوبي) و كارگاهي- عملي (فنآوري توليد فرآورده‌هاي چوبي) رشته مهندسي تكنولوژي صنايع چوب و كاغذ- سازه‌هاي چوبي با نيازهاي صنعت و بازار كار فارغ‌التحصيلان اين رشته بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق فارغ‌التحصيلان اين رشته در دانشگاه تربيت دبير شهيد رجايي تهران بوده و حجم نمونه‌هاي مورد بررسي بر اساس فرمول كوكران 100 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در اين مطالعه پرسشنامه بود و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه‌شده براي اين پرسشنامه 875/0 به دست آمد. نتايج نشان داد كه از نظر فارغ‌التحصيلان اين رشته درس طراحي فرآورده‌هاي چوبي تاثير زيادي در بازار كار و آينده‌ شغلي آنان دارد به‌طوري‌كه محتواي اين درس با مطالب روز و نياز‌هاي صنعت هم‌خواني داشته است. اما درس فنآوري توليد فرآورده‌هاي چوبي كه مبتني بر ساخت محصولات چوبي در كارگاه مي‌باشد تاثير كمي در به‌كارگيري آموخته‌هاي آنان در صنعت داشت. بنابراين ضرورت دارد سرفصل‌ مناسب با نياز‌هاي صنعت و بازار كار تدوين شود و همچنين از تجهيزات و امكانات روز صنعت در آموزش اين درس استفاده گردد.

The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of curriculum-based educational software (designing wood products) and practical workshop (technology of wood production) Wood and paper engineering technology - wooden structures industry with market needs of graduated people in this field of study. The sample (100 participants) including under-graduate students (engineers) of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (SRTTU) were selected according to Cocral equation. A Questionnaire was distributed to gather data, based on Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire turned out to be 0.875. The results showed that under-graduates believe that the course designing wood products, had significant impact on their career and market, so that the content of this course was the same with the new contents and the needs of industry. But technology production of wood product course (the curriculum-based one) that is based on making wooden products at the workshop showed little impact on the deployment of what they had learned in the industry. So there is a need for proper syllabus design in accordance with the needs of industry and codification as well as the equipment and facilities used in the education of industry and market for the teaching of this course.
