بررسي اثر‌بخشي برنامه توانمند‌سازي زناشويي، بر كاهش مشكلات زناشويي و تكانش‌گري ناكارآمد زوجين در معرض جدايي و طلاق

Investigating the Efficiency of the Marital Empowering Program on Reducing Marital Problems and in Efficient Impulsivity of the Couples Who are about to Separate

چكيد‌‌ه زمينه و هدف: امروزه طلاق و تعارض زوجي مخرب، عوامل خطر اصلي براي بسياري از اشكال ناكارآمدي و آسيب‌شناسي رواني در خانواده‌ها هستند و ناكارآمدي زناشويي هم به يك مساله مهم(در خانواده و جامعه) تبديل شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثر‌بخشي برنامه توانمند‌سازي زناشويي، بر كاهش مشكلات زناشويي و تكانش‌گري ناكارآمد زوجين در معرض جدايي و طلاق بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر يك پژوهش شبه‌تجربي با طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه كنترل بود. براي اين منظور، از ميان زوجين داراي مشكلات زناشويي مراجعه‌كننده به مراكز مشاوره شهرستان خرم آباد، تعداد 26 زوج به گونه تصادفي به دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل واگذار و مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. قبل از اجراي برنامه توانمندسازي زناشويي، پرسشنامه‌هاي وضعيت زناشويي گلومبوك- راست و تكانش‌گري ناكارآمد ديكمن به عنوان پيش‌آزمون در مورد همه زوجين اجرا گرديد. سپس زوجين گروه آزمايش به مدت شش جلسه در برنامه توانمندسازي زناشويي شركت كردند، اما زوجين گروه كنترل در ليست انتظار باقي ماندند. بعد از اتمام برنامه مداخله، مجدداً زوجين دو گروه توسط پرسشنامه‌هاي مذكور مورد پس آزمون قرار گرفتند. داده‌هاي حاصل با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان دادند كه پس از كنترل اثر پيش‌آزمون، تاثير برنامه توانمندسازي زناشويي بر نمرات پس‌آزمون دو گروه در هر كدام از متغيرهاي مورد بررسي معني‌دار بوده و دو گروه در پس آزمون با هم تفاوت معناداري داشتند. براساس اين نتايج، برنامه توانمندسازي زناشويي در زوجين گروه آزمايش نسبت به گروه كنترل مشكلات زناشويي و تكانش‌گري ناكارآمد آن‌ها را كاهش داده است. نتيجه‌گيري: زوجين داراي ناكارآمدي زناشويي در معرض خطر بالاي طلاق و جدايي و بسياري از پيامدهاي مخرب خانوادگي و اجتماعي هستند. برنامه توانمندسازي زناشويي مي‌تواند با كاهش مشكلات زناشويي و نيز كاهش تكانش‌گري ناكارآمد زوجين در جلوگيري از اين پيامدهاي مخرب موثر باشد.

ABSTRACT Background and objectives: Nowadays, divorce and marital conflicts are considered as the main threats for a lot of inefficiency and mental pathology, and marital inefficiency has become an important issue in family and society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the efficiency of the marital empowering program on reducing marital problems and in efficient impulsivity of the couples who were about to getting divorced. Method: The present study made use of a pre-test, post-test control group quasi-experimental design. To this end, from among the couples referring to the counseling offices of Khorram Abad, 26 couples were selected randomly and they were assigned to control and experimental groups. At the outset of the study, Gloumbook- Rust’s marital status questionnaire, and Dickman’s inefficient impulsivity questionnaire were distributed among the participants. Then, the couples in experimental group were exposed to the empowering program for six sessions, while the couples in the control group received no treatment. After the treatment, the participants of the two groups were asked to fill in the two questionnaires. Covariance was used to analyze the gathered data. Findings: The results showed a significant difference between the performance of the two groups in the post-test. It was found that the program had reduced the marital problems and inefficient impulsivity of the couples in the experimental group. Conclusion: The couples who have faced the problem of inefficient marital problems are exposed to the threat of divorce and other social and family problems, the marital empowering program can be effective in reducing marital problems and reducing inefficient impulsivity of the couples.
