تاثير هوش هيجاني بر گرايش كارآفرينانه دانشجويان دختر: نقش ميانجي سبك شناختي

The effect of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial orientation of female students: The mediating role of cognitive style

در عصر حاضر، كارآفريني و گرايش كارآفرينانه به‌منزله مزيتي رقابتي در سازمان‏ها تلقي مي‏شود. فرايند هوش هيجاني، نقش محوري در تدوين و فعال‌شدن گرايش كارآفرينانه در شركت‏ها و سازمان‏ها ايفا مي‏كند. بنابراين، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير هوش هيجاني بر گرايش كارآفرينانه دانشجويان دختر و آزمون اثر ميانجي متغير سبك‏شناختي است. اين پژوهش با روش پيمايشي انجام‏شده و جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل همه دانشجويان دختر پرديس فارابي دانشگاه تهران بودند كه تعداد 290 نفر از آنان به‏عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. يافته‏هاي تحقيق نشان داد هوش هيجاني بر گرايش كارآفرينانه تاثير مثبت و معنا‏داري دارد. همچنين متغير سبك‏شناختي در رابطه بين تاثير هوش هيجاني و گرايش كارآفرينانه دانشجويان دختر نقش ميانجي دارد.

At present, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation are considered as a competitive advantage in organizations. Emotional intelligence process plays a critical role in the formulation and activation of entrepreneurial orientation of firms and organization. Therefore, this paper aims at studying the impact of emotional intelligence on the entrepreneurial orientation of female university students with the moderating effect of cognitive style. To gather data, questionnaires were distributed in a sample of 290 female students in Farabi College of Tehran University. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Also the moderating effect of cognitive style on the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial orientation of female students was confirmed.
