بررسي مشكلات ورزش قهرماني زنان استان گيلان

Analysis of the problems encountered in female championship sport in Guilan province of Iran

هدف: هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي مشكلات ورزش قهرماني زنان استان گيلان بود. روش‌شناسي: تحقيق حاضر بر اساس نوع هدف، كاربردي و بر اساس نحوه گرد آوري اطلاعات، توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه ورزشكاران زن فعال استان گيلان در سطح ملي، بين المللي، ليگ برتر و مربيان، كارشناسان ورزش، نايب رييسان هيات ها و داوران زن بودند. نمونه آماري شامل 300 نفر بود كه به صورت هدف دار انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع-آوري اطلاعات پرسش نامه محقق ساخته اي بود كه روايي آن توسط استادان و متخصصان و پايايي آن با روش آلفاي كرونباخ و با ضريب 91/0 تاييد شد. از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمونهاي فريدمن، يومن ويتني، كروسكال واليس و تي مستقل) جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل موثر بر ورزش قهرماني بانوان از طريق تحليل عاملي اكتشافي در پنج عامل اجتماعي، اقتصادي، مديريتي، فني و شخصي شناسايي شدند. طبق اولويت‌بندي عامل‌ها، عامل اجتماعي و اقتصادي بيشترين اولويت و عامل شخصي كمترين اولويت را كسب كرد. همچنين در بين سطوح مختلف تحصيلي و گروه هاي سني تفاوت معناداري در اولويت‌بندي عوامل مشاهده شد. نتيجه‌گيري: زنان ورزشكار پتانسيل لازم براي رسيدن به سكو‌هاي افتخار در ورزش قهرماني را دارند، ولي بدون وجود يك ضامن اجرايي و رفع موانع موجود، بخصوص مشكلات اجتماعي و اقتصادي، اين اهداف، دست يافتني نخواهد بود. بهبود پوشش رسانه‌اي وجذب حامي مالي، كاهش مشكلات اقتصادي ورزشكاران، افزايش بودجه، تغيير نگرش اجتماعي و افزايش حمايت اجتماعي از ورزش قهرماني و همچنين الگو‌سازي براي دختران ورزشكار جوان مي تواند در رفع مشكلات ورزش قهرماني بانوان استان راه‌گشا باشد.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to analyze the existing problems in female championship sports in Guilan province. Methodology: It was an application research which uses descriptive-survey as its methodology. The statistical population included all active female athletes- at national, international, super league levels- in Guilan province as well as female coaches, sport experts, board deputies and referees. Statistical sample were 300 people who were chosen by self oriented way. A researcher made questionnaire which was approved by university professors and experts and was tested by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (? =0.91) was the data gathering tool. Descriptive and deductive statistical methods (Friedman, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and independent variable) were also used for data analysis. Results: The results indicate that influential factors in female championship sports fall into social, economical, managerial, technical and personal categories. Prioritizing the factors, it was found out that social and economical factors have the most and personal factor has the least influence. A significant difference also exists among respondents with different educational level and age groups in prioritizing the factors. Conclusion: Female athletes have the potential to highest achievements in championship sports, but only if there would be administrative support to overcome the obstacles especially social and economic ones. Improvement in media coverage, attracting sponsors, decreasing athletesʹ economical problems, increased budget, change in social attitude and increased social support of championship sports as well as setting an example for young female athletes can solve the issues of this sector of sports in Guilan province.
