Principles of Consumption for Growth and Sustainable Development based on Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints

ارايه الگوي ايراني ـ اسلامي پيشرفت، در گرو بسترسازي و تمهيد مقدماتي جهت نيل به رشد و توسعه پايدار است. نظام حقوقي اسلام نيز بي‌توجه به سير پيشرفت مسلمانان نبوده، پشتوانه‌هاي محكم فقهي را براي ايجاد انگيزش و وصول به اين مطلوب در نظر گرفته است. تاثير اين انگيزش تا جايي است كه برپايه همين پشتوانه‌هاي ارزشمند، علي‌رغم فشارهاي خصمانه اقتصادي دشمنان جهت فروپاشي انقلاب اسلامي ايران، با رهبري امام راحل به عنوان فقيهي نوانديش، پايه اقتصاد كشور از حالت مصرف‌زدگي زمان طاغوت، به سوي رفتار صحيح مصرف، رهنمون گشت تا زمينه سرمايه‌گذاري، خودكفايي، توليد ملي، رشد و توسعه پايدار فراهم گردد. از آنجاكه تفكر و انديشه امام نقشه راه وكليد بسياري از مسايل كشور در نظر گرفته مي‌شود، در شرايط حساس كنوني نيز، يكي از پيش شرط‌هاي لازم و پيشگيرانه كه از طريق آموزش و فرهنگ سازي، بايد به حفظ آن جهت نيل به توسعه پايدار، مبادرت ورزيم، رعايت اصول حاكم بر مصرف جامعه اسلامي است. اين نوشتار بر آن است تا پيوند موثر بين رعايت رفتار مصرفي صحيح و رشد و توسعه پايدار را تشريح نموده و مستندات فقهي انگيزش حركت براي آحاد جامعه را در اين راستا تبيين نمايد. بديهي است اعتقاد به مباني ايماني ديني همچون اصل پذيرش ولايت الهي، كرامت ذاتي انسان و هدفمندي حيات وي در جهت آخرت، باعث شكل دهي نگرش جديدي در مقوله مصرف شده و موازين فقهي‌اي همچون حرمت اسراف و تبذير و جريان برخي قواعد، همچون نفي سبيل و اعانه بر اثم و عدوان، مي‌تواند انگيزش حمايت از توليد داخلي و حركت به سوي رشد و توسعه پايدار را فراهم آورد.

The development of Iranian-Islamic model of progress is subject to preparation of grounds and contexts to achieve sustainable growth and development. Islamic legal system has not been heedless of the trend of progress of the Muslims and a firm jurisprudential support has been stipulated for creation of incentive to achieve this goal. The impact of this incentive is to the extent that on the basis of this valuable support, despite the hostile economic pressures of the enemies to undermine the Islamic Revolution, the economic foundations of the country, under the leadership of Imam Khomeini as a reformist jurisprudent, moved towards correct consumption from a consumer model, to prepare the grounds for investment, self-sufficiency, national production and sustainable growth and development. Since Imam Khomeini’s thoughts and viewpoints are the key and roadmap to solve many problems, in current sensitive situation too, one of the key preventive issues, which is attainable through education, is observation of consumption principles in the Islamic society. The present study is an attempt to explain the relationship between observation of correct consumption behavior and sustainable growth and development as well as the jurisprudential arguments for creating incentives for the citizens to move towards this direction. Certain jurisprudential principles such as impermissibility of extravagance and wasteful consumption can create incentive for supporting domestic production and move towards sustainable growth and development
