بررسي مقاومت برخي ارقام و گونه هاي جنس براسيكا نسبت به عامل بيماري ساق سياه كلزا Leptosphaeria maculans

Evaluation of Resistance to Leptosphaeria maculans in Some Varieties and Species of the Brassica Genus

ساق سياه كلزا Leptosphaeria maculans، يكي از بيماري هاي مهم كلزا (Brassica napus) در سراسر جهان مي باشد كه منجر به خسارت هاي اقتصادي زيادي شده است. به منظور تعيين تيپ بيماري زا، جدايه هاي نمونه برداري شده از اين قارچ در استان هاي مازندران و گلستان از سه رقم افتراقي وستار، كويينتا و گلاسير استفاده شد. در مجموع از 12 جدايه بدست آمده دو تيپ بيماريزاي PG2 و PGT شناسايي گرديد. جهت تعيين حساسيت ارقام مختلف كلزا نسبت به اين بيماري، 24 رقم از چهارگونه B. napusو B. rapa و B. juncea و B. nigrs نسبت به دو جدايه بيماري زا مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و در نهايت مشخص گرديد از بين ارقام داخلي پاييزه Option و PF (ساري گل) نسبت به PG2 به ترتيب داراي مقاومت و مقاومت نسبي بوده و از بين ارقام زمستانه خارجي Champlein و Adriana به ترتيب داراي مقاومت و مقاومت نسبي مي باشند. همچنين ارقام Option و Champlein و Adriana نسبت به جدايه PGT داراي مقاومت نسبي بودند.

Leptosphaeria maculans causes blackleg disease on Brassica oilseedcrops, which globally is one of the great threats for oilseed production. In order to determine virulence types of this fungi, several isolates were collected from canola fields in Mazandaran and Golestan provinces, Totally 12 isolates were selected and tested by three standard (definitional) cultivars including Westar, Quinta and Glacier in which two virulence types including PGT and PG2 were identified. In order to screen some existence local and some new canola genotypes, 24 genotypes of B. rapa, B. napus, B. juncea and B. nigra species were tested against PGT and PG2 isolates. As a result, among tested genotypes, Option and Champlain cultivars were resistance but PF and Adriana were moderate resistance to PG2 virulence type. In addition, Option and Champlain cultivars were moderate resistance to PGT virulence type of the disease.
