محيط زيست پايدار در مناطق گردشگرپذير (مطالعه موردي منطقه22 شهر تهران)

Sustainable Environment in Tourist Attracting Areas (A Case Study: Tehran; District 22)

ايده پايداري در گردشگري از جديدترين و مهمترين موضوعات مورد بحث كشورهاي صاحب نام در اين صنعت است كه اين پژوهش سعي در بررسي شاخص زيست محيطي آن در منطقه 22 شهر تهران دارد. اين پژوهش با رويكرد كمي‌و كيفي انجام شده است و اطلاعات آن از طريق داده‌هاي اسنادي، مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته (از مسيولان و مردم عادي) و نيز تكميل پرسشنامه حاصل شده است. روش اين تحقيق پيمايشي و از ابزار پرسشنامه براي گردآوري داده‌ها استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه مورد بررسي 150 نفر از اهالي منطقه 22 و 170 نفر از بازديدكنندگان از اين منطقه كه به ترتيب به صورت نمونه‌گيري سهميه‌اي و نمونه‌گيري اتفاقي انتخاب شده‌اند. قوي‌ترين بعد اين منطقه، بعد محيط زيست است كه در سطح پايدار بالقوه قرار دارد و در پرسشنامه‌هاي انجام شده توسط بازديدكنندگان و مردم بومي‌نمره متوسط رو به بالا به مولفه‌هاي اين بخش داده شده است. منطقه 22 در حوزه‌هايي مانند حفاظت از محيط زيست و ايجاد جاذبه‌هاي جديد وضعيت خوبي دارد؛ ولي عدم بهره برداري تجاري از جاذبه‌هاي موجود يك نقطه ضعف براي اين منطقه است. از پيشنهادهاي مطرح، استفاده از كارشناسان حرفه‌اي گردشگري، تجاري سازي جاذبه‌ها و توجه به مشاركت مردمي‌است

The idea of sustainability in tourism is one of the newest and most important issues in prominent countries regarding this industry. In this study using a quantitative and qualitative approach, the researchers organized structured interviews with authorities and common people, questionnaires, and documentaries. From among the 170 people living in the district 22, 150 people were selected randomly. The most important issue about the area is the environment of the area which is potentially sustainable. This item has been marked as the moderate and strong on the questionnaire given to the participants. The ordinary people participating in the study measured this item as moderate. The district 22 has a good condition as far as environment protection, and new tourist attraction are considered, however, there are weaknesses like low potential of trading in the area. The suggestion made by the present researchers is using expert people’s experiences, creating new trading opportunities, and focusing on the people’s active participation.
