ترجمه مقياس عملكرد كاري كانادايي (COPM) و بررسي روايي و تكرار پذيري نسخه فارسي در مادران كودكان فلج مغزي ايراني

Translation of Canadian Occupational Performance Measure and testing Persian version validity and reliability among Iranian mothers of children with cerebral palsy

چكيده زمينه و هدف: مادران كودكان فلج مغزی به واسطه ی مراقبت كردن از كودك فلج مغزی محدوديتهای را در عملكرد روزمره زندگی خود تجربه می كنند و نياز به ابزارهای استاندارد برای ارزيابی عملكردهای روزمره ی اين مادران بيش از پيش احساس می شود. هدف از اين مطالعه، ترجمه ی مقياس عملكرد كاری كانادايی Canadian Occupational Performance Measure: COPM به فارسی و بررسی روايی محتوايی و تكرار پذيری نسخه فارسی شده در مادران ايرانی دارای كودكان فلج مغزی بود. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه غير تجربی از نوع متدلوژيك بود و بعد از كسب اجازه از سازندگان مقياس COPM طی سه مرحله طبق روش IQOLA به زبان فارسی ترجمه شد. برای تعيين روايی محتوا در يك پانل ده نفر، از خبرگان درخواست شد هر آيتم را براساس "طيف مناسب است" و "مناسب نيست" بررسی نمايند. برای بررسی تكرار پذيری نسخه فارسی، در دو نوبت با فاصله حداقل دو روز يا حداكثر يك هفته در اختيار 30 نفر مادر دارای كودك فلج مغزی ساكن شهر تهران كه به كلينك های كاردرمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم بهزيستی و توانبخشی مراجعه كرده بودند قرار گرفت. روش نمونه گيری به صورت ساده و غير احتمالی بود. سپس داده ها از لحاظ روايی محتوايی و همبستگی در آزمون – باز آزمون مجدد تحت تجزيه و تحليل آماری قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: روايی محتوايی نسخه فارسی مقياس COPM 222/0 ± 95/80 و مورد تاييد بود. ضريب همبستگی اسپيرمن براون هم در آزمون –باز آزمون در نمرات عملكرد 84/0 و برای رضايت مندی 87/0 بود كه نشان دهنده ی همبستگی بالا بين نمرات در دو بار اجرای آن و تكرار پذيری قابل قبول نسخه فارسی اين مقياس است. نتيجه گيری: نسخه فارسی مقياس COPM از تكرار پذيری و روايی محتوای قابل قبولی در جامعه هدف برخوردار بود و می تواند بعنوان ابزار مناسبی در كارهای پژوهش و بالينی مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. كليد واژه ها: مقياس عملكرد كاری كانادايی، مادر، فلج مغزی، روايی، تكرار پذيری

Background and Aim: Mothers of children with cerebral palsy (CP) experience limitation in occupational performance because of caring of their children. It is proposed that the standard measurements need to be assessed their occupational performance problem. The aim of this study was to translate "Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) into Persian and to test its content validity and reliability in Iranian mothers of children with cerebral palsy. Materials and Methods: It was a non experimental methodology study. After permission from innovators, COPM was translated into Persian language in three phases with respect to IQOLA project. Each of the items was validated by a panel of ten experts to review each item on “appropriate” and “not appropriate”. For examining test-retest reliability Iranians version of COPM was responded twice within at least two days or at most one week interval, by 30 Iranian mother of a child with CP in the rehabilitation clinic under the supervision of University of Social Welfare & Rehabilitation Sciences (USWR). We used to sample of convenience and non probability design for sampling. Then, data were analyzed with SPSS software from the aspects of content validity and test-retest reliability. Results: Content validity rate of the Persian version demonstrated a high content validity (80.95±0.222). The Spearman correlation coefficients of the test and retest scores ranged from r=0.84 for performance to r=0.87 for satisfaction and this indicated a high correlation between scores and acceptable reliability of the Persian version of COPM. Conclusion: It was concluded that the Persian version of COPM can be applied reliability to mothers of children with CP and it can be used for clinical as well as research purposes.
