ارزيابي كيفيت خدمات مراكز توريستي درماني شهر تهران با استفاده از رويكرد سركوال فازي

چكيده زمينه وهدف: در دهه های اخيرصنعت توريست درمانی به علت مزايای فراوانی از قبيل حاشيه سود بالا ,اشتغال زايی و...مورد توجه بسياری از كشورهای منطقه قرار گرفته است .يكی از مهمترين عوامل گسترش وتوسعه صنعت توريست درمانی كيفيت بالای خدمات مراكز درمانی كشورهای مقصد می باشد .لذا با توجه به اهميت فراوان موضوع كيفيت خدمات مراكز ارائه كننده خدمات درمانی به بيماران خارجی در اين تحقيق به بررسی كيفيت خدمات مراكز توريستی درمانی شهر تهران پرداخته می شود. مواد و روشها:در اين تحقيق كه از نظر هدف كاربردی واز نظر ماهيت توصيفی پيمايشی می باشد. به بررسی كيفيت خدمات مراكز توريستی درمانی شهر تهران با نظر خواهی از تعداد 154 نفر توريست درمان خارجی بستری در 10 بيمارستان منتخب در بازه زمانی اسفندماه1392الی خردادماه1393ودر قالب مدل سركوال پرداخته شده است. با توجه به مشكلات ناشی از پيچيدگی وابهام در مفهوم سازی ونيز وزن دهی ابعاد و گويه ها در اين پژوهش از مفاهيم وروابط فازی وروش نمايش انتگرال ميانگين موزون استفاده گرديده است. نتايج: به جز مولفه پزشكان وكادر درمانی حرفه ای ومجرب در كليه ابعاد وگويه ها در سطح p≤./05 شكاف منفی ونارضايتی در بين بيماران خارجی قابل مشاهده شد. نتيجه گيری: با توجه به وضعيت تقريبا مطلوب ابعاد پزشكان وكادر درمانی حرفه ای ومجرب ,تجهيزات وتسهيلات پيشرفته پزشكی و هزينه پزشكی مناسب ومتناسب با خدمات به عنوان عوامل اساسی توسعه ورونق صنعت توريست درمانی افزايش سهم بازار ايران در صنعت توريست درمانی منطقه دور از دسترس نمی باشد. كلمات كليدی:توريست درمانی,كيفيت خدمات,مدل سركوال,مجموعه های فازی,روش انتگرال ميانگين موزون

The evaluation of medical tourism center service quality in Tehran city by using fuzzy SERVQUAL approach Abstract Background and aim: in the recent decades Medical Tourism Industry because of its benefits such as high profits, creating more jobs and other profits has received a massive attention by local countries. High qualities of medical services in medical centers of destination countries are one of the most important factors of spreading and developing this industry. So, in regard to this subject, in this research I will focus on the quality of services provided by Medical Tourism Centers where providing medical aids to the foreign patients in city of Tehran. Materials and Methods: In this research which is functional in term of purpose and surveying descriptive in term of essence; we will analyze the quality of services provided by Medical Tourism Centers in city of Tehran by taking poll from 154 foreign tourists who had been hospitalized in 10 selected hospitals from the March to the April of 2014. With regard to the problems caused by ambiguity and complication in term of conceptualizing and giving weight to the items and dimensions, Graded Integration method and terms of fuzzy set are used in this research. Results: Except doctors and professional medical staffs, negative gap and dissatisfaction were observed in all cases in p≤. /05 extent. Conclusion: In regard to the almost ideal condition of doctors and professional medical staffs and modern medical facilities and equipment, appropriate medical costs with services as the main factors of developments of Medical Tourism Industry, it is possible to increase Iran’s bazar portion of Medical Tourism Industry.
