منشور حقوق بيماران مبتلا به ويروس اچ اي وي/ايدز(HIV/AIDS) براساس منشور و مراقبت پرستاري: يك مطالعه مروري

Nursing care of AIDS patients based on patientʹʹs rights in domestic and international arena: A Review Article

رعايت حقوق افراد مبتني بر نيازهاي جسمي، رواني، روحي و اجتماعي مشروع و معقول وي در شرايط خاص است كه بر رعايت تساوي اين حقوق در مراقبت‌هاي بهداشتي تاكيد مي‌شود. اين شرايط در مورد بيماري ايدز متفاوت است، اين مطالعه مروري با منشور حقوق بيماران مبتلا به ويروس اچ اي وي (ايدز) بر اساس منشور و مراقبت پرستاري انجام شد. براي يافتن مستندات مرتبط با مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري در بيماران مبتلا به ويروس HIV/AIDS براساس منشور حقوق بيمار، جستجو در پايگاه داده‌هاي اطلاعاتي ScienceDirect، ISI Web of Science، Magiran،Scopus Medline Embase ، CINAHL، IranMedex و SID از 2015-1998 به دو زبان فارسي و انگليسي انجام شد. از مجموع 248 مقاله موجود در پايگاه داده هاي اطلاعاتي مورد بررسي، 66 مقاله واجد معيارهاي ورود به مطالعه بودند. نتايج اين مطالعه مروري نشان داد يكي از بزرگ‌ترين گروه‌هايي كه در ارتباط نزديك و تنگاتنگي با اين بيماران هستند پرستاران مي‌باشند. مهم‌ترين نقش پرستاران و حقوق اين بيماران، حق استفاده از نيازها بر اساس الويت، رضايت آگاهانه در تشخيص و درمان –جراحي، عدم تبعيض و حمايت برابر، برخورداري از بالاترين درجه سلامتي جسمي و رواني در تمامي سطوح پيشگيري، برخورداري از آزادي جابجايي و برخورداري مساوي از خدمات بهداشتي مي‌باشد.

Observing equality of the rights of individuals based on the physical, mental, emotional and socially legitimate and reasonable needs in the particular circumstances in the health care system is emphasized. The situation is different in the case of AIDS patients. The aim of this study was to review of "the nursing care of patients based on patientʹs rights in national and international arena". Our literature search was limited to English and Persian databases. We searched ISI Web of Science,ScienceDirect, Scopus, Magiran, SID and IranMedex, Medline, EMBASE, CINAHL from 1998 to 2015. In addition, the references of articles retrieved were searched for additional citations. The search yielded 248 articles, 66 of which met the inclusion criteria. According to the findings,role of nurses also patientsʹ rights have described as observing the prioritizing the patient’s needs, informed consent in diagnosis and treatment, non-discrimination and equal protection, the highest degree of physical and mental health at all levels of prevention, having the freedom of administration or discharge and equal access to health care services. Rights of AIDS patients in fact are the real needs that they expect from the health care centers to address them equally and without discrimination. Like other patients, nurses must observe these rights without boundaries.
