The effectiveness of enriching relations between spouses to reduce marital conflict between employees in different offices in Yasouj

زمينه و هدف: امروزه آمار طلاق و آشفتگی‌های زناشويی در حال افزايش است. درك عوامل به وجود آورنده آشفتگی روابط زناشويی و از هم پاشيدگی خانواده حائز اهميت است، هدف از مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبيين اثربخشی غنی‌سازی روابط زوجين بر ايمنی هيجانی زوجين و كاهش تعارض‌های زناشويی بود.   روش بررسی: در اين مطالعه مداخله‌ای ـ تحليلی از بين ادارات مختلف شهر ياسوج تعداد 10 اداره به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. از افرادی كه نمره بالايی در تعارضات زناشويی و نمره پايين در ايمنی هيجانی كسب كردند40 نفر به طور تصادفی در دو گروه كنترل  و آزمايش  تقسيم شدند. گروه آزمايش 7 جلسه تحت آموزش غنی‌سازی روابط زوجين قرار گرفتند. در پايان از هر دو گروه، به وسيله پرسشنامه‌های ايمنی هيجانی برونر و همكاران، تعارض‌های زناشويی براتی و ثنايی مورد ارزيابی قرار گرفتند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحليل كواريانس و مانكوا انجام شد.   يافته‌ها: تحليل كوواريانس و تحليل واريانس چند متغيره نتايج  نشان داد ميانگين و انحراف معيار نمره كلی پيش‌آزمون تعارض زناشويی  زوجين در گروه آزمايش و كنترل به ترتيب(20/15)20/145 و (64/16)70/143 و نمره پس‌آزمون در دو گروه به ترتيب (60/12)80/64 و (04/17)70/143 بود. نتايج تحليل كوواريانس چند متغيری نمره‌های پس‌آزمون مولفه‌های تعارض زناشويی زوجين گروه‌های آزمايش و كنترل، با كنترل اثر پيش آزمون نشان داد كه آزمون اثر پيلايی، آزمون لامبدای ويلكز، آزمون اثر هتلينگ و آزمون روی بزرگترين ريشه با 47/4= f و درجه آزادی 7 در 0001/0=p تأثير آموزش در كاهش تعارض زناشويی در زوجين گروه آزمايش معنی‌دار است.   نتيجه‌گيری: مطابق يافته های اين مطالعه مداخله آموزش غنی‌سازی روابط زوجين توانسته است كه ميزان تعارض‌های زناشويی و مولفه‌های آن را در گروه آزمايش به طور معنی‌داری كاهش دهد, كه نشان دهنده تاثير مثبت مداخله آموزش غنی سازی زوجين در كم كردن تعارضات زناشويی آنهامی باشد.

Objective & aim:  Today, divorce and marital turmoil is increasing. Understanding the factors leading to chaos and the disintegration of family relationships is important. This study aimed to explore the effect of enriching relations between spouses, the couple's emotional security and marital conflicts.   Methods: In the present interventional-analytical study, ten different offices were randomly selected.  Of people who scored high on marital conflict and emotional security, and also those who gained low scores under 40 were divided randomly into two groups. Seven relations enriching group training sessions were held for the spouses.  At the end of the training sessions, both groups were evaluated by emotional security questionnaires by Brunner et al. (2008), marital conflict Sanaei and Barati (1996).   Results: Covariance analysis and multivariate analysis of variance, analysis of the results of the marital conflict, mean and standard deviation of pre couples' marital conflict experimental and control groups were (20/15) and 20/145 (64/16) 70/143 respectively.  The test score in two groups were (60/12) and 80/64 (17.4) and 70/143 respectively. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance components of marital conflict on test scores of experimental and control groups and the control effect of pre-test showed that Pylayy effect, Wilks Lambda test, Hotelling effect on the root of F=4.47 and degrees of freedom 7 levels significantly in p=0.0001 Effect of married couples was significant in reducing aggression.   Conclusion: Enrichment relations education for spouses may significantly reduce parameters of marital conflicts.
