The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Utilizing Organizational Performance in Security Systems of the Islamic Republic of Iran

هدف اين پژوهش، تعيين نقش مديريت دانش بر عملكرد سازماني در سامانه‌هاي امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است كه از‌اين‌پس تحت‌عنوان سامانه‌هاي امنيتي ج.ا.ا گفته مي‌شود. سوال تحقيق اين است كه مديريت دانش چگونه بر ارتقاي عملكرد سازماني تاثير مي‌گذارد؟و حدس علمي كه براي پاسخ‌گويي به سوال اصلي مطرح ‌شده، اين است كه«مديريت دانش به‌وسيله قابليت‌هاي فرآيندي و قابليت‌هاي زيرساختي بر ارتقاي عملكرد سازماني تاثير مي‌گذارد». اين پژوهش به شيوه گردآوري كتابخانه‌اي و مبتني بر روش پژوهش توصيفي تهيه‌شده و داده‌هاي موردنياز با توزيع پرسشنامه ميان مديران و كارشناسان چند سازمان امنيتي ج.ا.ا مستقر در استان تهران جمع‌آوري شده است. پاياني الگوي مفهومي پژوهش با استفاده از روش الگو‌سازي معادلات ساختاري و بر پايه داده‌هاي گردآوري‌شده آزموده شده است. اين پژوهش با نشان دادن سازوكار تاثير مديريت دانش بر عملكرد سازماني و با توضيح جنبه‌هاي جامع عملكرد مديريت دانش، درك بهتري از مديريت دانش را براي پژوهشگران فراهم مي‌كند. جامعه آماري پژوهش كه شامل مديران و كارشناسان چند سازمان امنيتي بوده‌پس ‌از توزيع 68 پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشخص شد، تعداد 60 پرسشنامه به‌صورت صحيح تكميل گرديده بود. داده‌هاي پژوهش به‌وسيله نرم‌افزارهاي Smart-PLS و SPSS تجزيه‌وتحليل شد. نتايج پژوهش نشانگر تاثير مثبت و رابطه معنادار و مستقيم قابليت‌هاي ‌زيرساختي مديريت دانش بر متغير عملكرد سازماني و از سوي ديگر تاثير غيرمستقيم قابليت‌هاي زيرساختي به‌وسيله ‌قابليت هاي فرآيندي‌ مديريت دانش بر متغير عملكرد سازماني است.

The main objective of this research was to determine the role of knowledge management in organizational performance in security systems of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The question was that “how knowledge management affects the improvement of organizational performance?" And a proper answer to the question could be; "knowledge management affects organizational performance using processing capabilities, and infrastructural potentials." A theoretical base for the study was established using library collection method and descriptive research, and required data were gathered by distributing questionnaires among managers and experts working for security organizations in Tehran. The reliability of the conceptual model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling, based on the collected data. This study provides a better understanding of knowledge management for researchers by indicating the effects of knowledge management on organizational performance, and also by demonstrating comprehensive aspects of knowledge management performance. A number of 68 questionnaires were administered. From among this number a total of 60 questionnaires were returned to the researchers. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart-PLS software. The results indicated the positive, direct and significant correlation between knowledge management infrastructure and organizational performance. Moreover the findings of the study showed an indirect impact of infrastructure capabilities on organizational performance through processing capabilities of knowledge management.
