بررسي عوامل موثر بر انضباط اجتماعي در ميان جوانان اردبيل

Factors Impacting Social Discipline among Young People in Ardebil

انضباط اجتماعي و نتايج حاصله از آن در سلامتي جامعه، شادابي اجتماعي، احساس امنيت، يگانگي و سازش فردي و اجتماعي اهميت به‌سزايي داشته و در نهايت عامل تمدن ساز و شكوه اجتماعي زيستن انسانهاست. زندگي اجتماعي انسان تحت حاكميت قواعد و هنجارهاي اجتماعي است كه پيروي از آن مهمترين ويژگي و ركن تربيت و فرهنگ هر جامعه است. در بررسي مسايل اجتماعي همواره مساله نظم و انضباط، ناهنجاريها و كنترل و نظارت اجتماعي از مقولات برجسته بوده، كه شناخت و بررسي علمي مسايل اجتماعي از دغدغه هاي صاحبنظران و مديران اجتماعي است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر انضباط اجتماعي در ميان جوانان اردبيل مي باشد. روش هاي مورد استفاده در اين مقاله روش اسنادي و روش پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر از ميان جوانان سنين 15-29 سال در شهر اردبيل كه تعداد آنها بر اساس آمار سازمان مديريت و برنامه ريزي 257112 در سال 1390 بوده است انتخاب شده‌اند كه نمونه گيري طبقه بندي و نمونه گيري طبقه ايي تصادفي براي انتخاب نمونه استفاده شده است و جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها بر حسب سطوح سنجش متغيرها از 1- تحليل دو متغيره: در تحليل دو متغيره از آزمون هاي آناليز واريانس و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و براي تحليل هاي چند متغيره از رگرسيون استفاده شده است. 2- تحليل چند متغيره: در پژوهش حاضر براي آناليز داده‌هاي گردآوري شده از نرم افزار spss15 استفاده شده است. نتايج استنباطي حاكي از اين است كه بين متغيرهاي مستقل: بين پايبندي ديني، اعتماد اجتماعي، نظارت اجتماعي غير رسمي و رسمي(پليس) انضباط اجتماعي رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

Social discipline and its consequences play an important role in the societyʹs health, social, youthfulness, security feeling, individual and social compromise; and it leads to formation of civilization and social glory. Human beingʹs social life is dominated by social regulations and norms; and observing these regulations and norms is the most important feature and pillar of every countryʹs culture. When reviewing social issues, the issue of discipline and order, abnormalities and surveillance, and social surveillance has been the prominent topics; and scientific review of social issues has been the main concern of social experts and managers. The present article aims at identifying and prioritizing factors impacting social discipline among young people in Ardebil. The methods utilized in this article are of documentary and survey type. The statistical community of the present article is young people ranging from 15 to 29 in Ardebil. Based on the statistics of Management and Planning Organization, the number of young people of 15-29 in 2011 was 257112.Sampling was made randomly, and dual variables and multivariables are used for analyzing the data. Variance analysis tests and Pearson correlation coefficient are used for analyzing dual-variable analysis; while regression was used for analyzing multi-variables analysis. SPSS15 has been used for analyzing the gathered data in this research.The deductive results indicated that there is significant relationship between independent variables- religious loyalty, social trust, informal and formal (police) social surveillance- and social discipline.
