بررسي جامعه شناختي عوامل موثر بر اعتماد اجتماعي شهروندان به پليس نمونه مورد بررسي شهرستان بم

Reviewing the Sociological Factors Contributing to Citizens’ Societal Trust in Police (Case Study: City of Bam)

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي جامعه شناختي عوامل موثر بر اعتماد اجتماعي بازاريان شهرستان بم نسبت به پليس در سال 1392 مي-پردازد. مسيله مورد نظر در اين تحقيق شكاف ميان اعتماد بين-شخصي و اعتماد تعميم يافته در مقايسه با اعتماد نهادي نسبت به پليس است. با توجه به اهميت جايگاه پليس در ايجاد نظم و امنيت به ويژه در شهرستان بم كه در يك دهه گذشته زلزله مرگباري را تجربه كردند، ميزان مشاركت نهادهاي مردم محور با پليس ميزان اعتماد نهادي را در اين شهرستان به شكل معناداري متاثر ساخت. در اين پژوهش كه با روش پيمايش و تكنيك پرسشنامه انجام گرفت؛ با استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون و تحليل مسير به تبيين شدت تاثير متغيرهاي احساس امنيت، تمايل به مشاركت و رضايتمندي از عملكرد پليس در تقويت اعتماد نهادي پرداخته است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مشاركت اجتماعي و احساس امنيت شهروندان به صورت غيرمستقيم به ترتيب با شدت 152/0 و 274/0 بر اعتماد نهادي تاثير گذاشته است. همچنين نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه رضايتمندي از عملكرد پليس از طريق تاثيرگذاري بر متغير مشاركت اجتماعي به مقدار 542/0 و احساس امنيت با مقدار 438/0 به صورت غير مستقيم منجر به افزايش اعتماد نهادي نسبت به پليس شده است.

The present research is aimed at sociological review of factors contributing to societal trust on the part of businessmen in Bam in the Iranian calendar year1392 (ended on 20 March 2013).The main issue examined in this research is the gap between interpersonal trust and generalized trust compared with institutional trust in police. Given the importance of the position of place in establishment of order and security, especially in Bam which has experienced fatal earthquakes during the last decade, the level of collaboration of people-oriented bodies (NGOs) with police has significantly affected the level of institutional trust in the city of Bam. The research is conducted through survey method and using questionnaire. Regression and path analysis is used to explain the intensity of impact of security feeling variables, and tendency toward collaboration with police as well as satisfaction with police’s performance in strengthening institutional trust is dealt with. The results of the research indicates that social collaboration and citizens’ security feeling have indirectly affected institutional trust with intensity level of 0.152 and 0.274,respectively.The results of the research indicate that satisfaction with police’s performance through impacting the social variable (0.542) and security feeling( 0.438) have indirectly led to enhancement of institutional trust toward police.
