The evolution of social contexts against public security

امنيت، انتظار نخست انسانها از حكومت هاست كه امروزه ابعاد گسترده و شرعي يافته است،در تلقي هاي سنتي، وجود امنيت، برابر با فقدان تهديد نظامي بوده، اما امروزه با ورود به دوره مدرن و پسامدرن تلقي سنتي از مقوله امنيت دچار تحولات اساسي گرديده است. ايجاد نظم و امنيت بدون شناسايي تهديدات و پيچدگي هاي آن در بخش هاي مختلف سياسي، اجتماعي، نظامي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي اعم از حوزه هاي داخلي و خارجي مقدور نخواهد بود. هدف از اين پژوهش شناخت زمينه ها و بسترهاي اجتماعي تهديد عليه امنيت عمومي است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله توصيفي و تكنيك جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي است. در اين مقاله تلاش مي شود به شيوه استدلال نظري، عوامل و مولفه هاي داخلي امنيت عمومي كه شامل5 عامل مشخص اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و انتظامي است را مورد بررسي قرار دهيم.

Security is the first humanʹs expectation of governments that its dimensions are extended and become legalled today. The traditional conception of security means no military threats but today in modern and postmodern periods, traditional conception of security have been major changes. Providing of order and security without identifying its threats and Complications in the political, social, military and cultural spheres will not possible, both at internal and external areas. The aim of this study is, understanding the social contexts of public security. The research method is describing method and the technique of collecting data and information is library and documentary. This article tries to examine the background factors and internal components of public security, which includes the five identified factors social, political, economic, cultural and policing with theoretical argument.
