كاربرد مدل معادلات ساختاري در برآورد اعتبار و روايي سازه پرسشنامه شاخص هاي موفقيت ورزشي

The Application of Structural Equation Model to Estimate Validity and Construct Validity of Sporting Success Indicators Questionnaire

هدف از اين پژوهش، تحليل عاملي تاييدي پرسشنامه شاخص هاي موفقيت ورزشي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش، شامل مربيان، ورزشكاران و مديران اجرايي چهار فدراسيون منتخب و همچنين مديران كميته ملي المپيك و وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود كه به‌طور غيرتصادفي هدفدار انتخاب شدند. در نهايت با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 153 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تحقيق برگزيده شدند. پس از بررسي روايي صوري، به‌منظور بررسي روايي سازه از تحليل عاملي تاييدي و براي سنجش پايايي از آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. پايايي به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ براي مولفه هاي ده‌گانه بين 74/0 تا 89/0 بود كه نشان‌دهنده پايايي مناسب ابزار است. نتايج تحليل عاملي نشان داد كه ساختار ده عامل، از نظر تفكيك سوالات و انطباق با مباني، مناسب است. نتايج تحليل عاملي تاييدي نشان داد كه الگوي ده‌عاملي سازه موفقيت ورزشي، شامل حمايت مالي، ساختار و سياستگذاري، مشاركت ورزشي، سيستم استعداديابي، حمايت شغلي-ورزشي، تسهيلات آموزشي و تمريني، سيستم مربيگري، رقابت هاي ملي و بين المللي، تحقيقات علمي و محيط قهرماني، داراي برازندگي مناسبي است. پيشنهاد مي شود در تحقيقات آينده اين پرسشنامه در نمونه ها و در حوزه هاي ديگر ورزش براي اطمينان از روايي و پايايي آن اجرا شود.

The aim of this study was the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of sporting success indicators questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of coaches, athletes and executive directors of four selected federations as well as the managers of the National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sport and Youth who were selected non-randomly and purposively. 153 subjects were selected as the sample by Morgan table. After examining the face validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the construct validity. Cronbachʹs alpha was used to investigate the reliability which ranged between 0.74 and 0.89 for the ten factors which showed the suitable reliability of the questionnaire. Results of CFA showed that the structure of the ten factors was fair with regard to item discrimination and adaptation to theories. These results also showed that the 10-factor model of sporting success questionnaire, including financial support, structure and policy making, sport participation, talent identification system, career-sport support, educational and training facilities, coaching system, national and international competitions, scientific researches and championship, had good fit. It is suggested that this questionnaire should be applied to other fields and samples in future researches in order to assure its validity and reliability.
