The Relationship between Information Technology and Psychological Empowerment of Educational Managers in District One of Sari

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه فن‌آوري اطلاعات و توانمندسازي روان شناختي مديران آموزش و پرورش منطقه يك ساري بوده است. روش انجام پژوهش از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي و از نظر هدف، كاربردي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، 220 نفر از مديران آموزش و پرورش منطقه يك ساري در سال تحصيلي 93-1392، در نظر گرفته شده است. روش نمونه گيري، تصادفي ساده و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 136 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه 15 سوالي محقق‌ساخته فن‌آوري اطلاعات با پايايي 91/0 و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي اسپريتزر كه پايايي آن در ابعاد شايستگي 88/0، موثر بودن 89/0، معني دار بودن 86/0، خودسامان‌دهي 88/0 و اعتماد 84/0 به‌دست آمد، ‌بود. توصيف و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي شامل آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون رگرسيون خطي انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين فن‎آوري اطلاعات با توانمندسازي روان‌شناختي، احساس معني دار بودن، احساس موثر بودن، احساس سامان‌دهي و احساس اعتماد مديران آموزش و پرورش منطقه يك ساري رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. اما، بين فن‎آوري اطلاعات با احساس شايستگي مديران رابطه معني داري به دست نيامد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and psychological empowerment of education managers in district one of Sari. This applied study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach as its methodology. The statistical population of the study was 220 educational managers in Sari district one in academic year of 2013-14, of whom 136 were chosen as the study sample using Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection tools were two researcher-made information technology questionnaires consisting of 15 modified questions with a reliability of 0.91 and Spritzer psychological empowerment standard questionnaire including 15 questions with different reliabilities at different dimensions of being competence 0.88, being effective 0.89, being meaningful 0.86, self-determination 0.88 and trustworthy 0.84. The obtained statistical results were provided in two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics, which included the Pearson correlation and the linear regression tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between information technology and empowerment of education managers, feeling of being meaningful, feeling of being effective, feeling of self-determination, and feeling of being effective. But there was no significant relationship between information technology and feeling of competence.
