شناخت آسيب‌پذيري معابر طبقاتي با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل

Elevated Expressways Vulnerability Assessment with Passive Defense Approach

شهر‌ها از جمله مهم‌ترين اهداف در جنگ‌ها مي‌باشند. كشور‌هاي متخاصم براي از كار انداختن سيستم دفاعي اهداف خويش، در پي مختل نمودن مراكز ثقل در اين كشور‌ها هستند. راه‌ها و معابر، از جمله مهم‌ترين اهداف در تقابلات آينده مي‌باشند. با از كار افتادن راه‌ها و معابر، امكان حمل‌و‌نقل در شهر مختل شده و اين امر باعث از كار افتادن سيستم‌هاي دفاعي مي‌گردد. لذا براي دفاع از شهرها، حفاظت از شبكه معابر، امري لازم و ضروري است. براي دفاع از معابر شهري در ابتدا لازم است كه نقاط آسيب‌پذير اين معابر مشخص گرديده و براي اين نقاط تمهيدات ويژه در نظر گرفته شود. اين پژوهش تلاشي براي بررسي آسيب‌پذيري يكي از مهم‌ترين شريان‌هاي مواصلاتي تهران يعني بزرگراه طبقاتي شهيد صدر در شمال شهر تهران است. براي يافتن ميزان آسيب‌پذيري اين معبر، ابتدا شاخص‌هاي موثر بر آسيب‌پذيري اين معابر شناسايي و وزن‌دهي گرديد و در ادامه، اين شاخص‌ها در قالب لايه‌هاي اطلاعاتي در نرم‌افزار ARCGIS مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته و نقشه آسيب‌پذيري بزرگراه طبقاتي صدر مشخص شد. در انتها يكي از آسيب‌پذيرترين نقاط يافت‌شده مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و عناصر تاثيرگذار بر آسيب‌پذيري اين نقطه بيان گرديد.

Cities are one of the most important targets in wars. Hostile countries intend to disrupt centers of gravity of these countries in order to neutralize their defensive systems. In cities, roads and passages are the most important war targets in future confrontations. Without roads and passages, a city’s transportation facilities will be disrupted and will cause the defensive systems to be inactivated. Therefore; to defend cities, protecting passage networks is a necessary issue. The first step to defend city roads and passages is to determine the possible vulnerable points of these roads and passages and furthermore; necessary measures must be taken in this regard. This essay attempts to investigate the vulnerability of one of the most important city roads in north Tehran – Iran, The Martyr Sadr Elevated Expressway. In order to determine the vulnerability rate of this Elevated Expressway, at first, some parameters influencing the vulnerability of this Elevated Expressway were identified and weighted and then they were assessed in the format of information layers in ESRI-ArcGIS desktop package, and the vulnerability maps of the expressway were created. At the end, one of the most identified vulnerable points was reviewed and the influencing parameters of this point was expressed.
