ارزيابي عملكرد ابعاد و شاخص هاي مديريت نوآوري در صنعت تجهيزات نيروگاهي و تامين انرژي(مطالعه موردي: شركت مهندسي و ساخت ژنراتور مپنا پارس)

Performance evaluation of dimensions and indices of innovation management in industry of power plant and energy supply equipment- case study: Mapna Generator Engineering & Manufacturing Company (PARS)

عوامل زيادي بر فرايند نوآوري تاثيرگذار است و نوآوري با توجه به ماهيت خاص و ويژگي هاي ذاتي خود از عوامل مختلفي در داخل و خارج سازمان تاثير مي پذيرد كه بديهي است بر نحوه مديريت اين فرايند تاثير بسزايي خواهد داشت. لذا براي مديريت و رهبري هرچه بهتر و موثرتر فرايند نوآوري، شناخت عوامل موثر بر آن و بررسي وضعيت وجود سازمان ها در قبال هر كدام از اين عوامل و شاخص هاي مربوطه لازم و ضروري به نظر مي رسد. در اين مقاله با 8 بعد شامل عوامل مالي، مديريتي، سازماني، تحقيقاتي، انساني، فرهنگي، خارجي و عوامل سيستمي و 55 شاخص به ارزيابي وضعيت موجود مديريت نوآوري در شركت مهندسي و ساخت ژنراتور مپنا پارس پرداخته شده است كه با توجه به نتايج آن، عوامل انساني، مديريتي و فرهنگي نسبتا در وضع مطلوب مي باشند و ساير عوامل يعني عوامل مالي، سازماني، خارجي، سيستمي و تحقيقاتي در وضعيت نامطلوب قرار دارند. همچنين ميان شاخص ها، شاخص هاي سبك رهبري سازمان، ميزان حمايت سازماني از كاركنان خلاق، حمايت مديريت ارشد از فعاليت هاي نوآورانه داراي بالاترين اولويت و شاخص هاي وجود منابع علمي، تبديل دانش ضمني به دانش صريح، توسعه محصولات جديد، تعامل با تامين كنندگان، تعامل با مراكز دانشگاهي و تحولات فناوري داراي كمترين اولويت است.

Many factors influence on innovation process; and considering the specific nature of innovation and its natural characteristics, it is affected by different factors inside and outside of the organization which have great influence on the way of managing this process. Thus, for better and more efficient management and leadership of the innovation process, the recognition of the effective factors and the study of the organizations’ present status with respect to each of these factors and the related indices are required. In this paper, based on eight dimensions including financial, managerial, organizational, research, human, cultural, external and systematic factors, and fifty-five indices, we proceed to evaluate the present status of innovation management in Mapna Generator Engineering and Manufacturing Company (PARS); considering the results, the human, managerial, and cultural factors are relatively desirable while the other factors, i.e. financial, organizational, external, systematic, and research ones are undesirable. Also, among the indices, the highest priority belongs to the organization leadership style, the rate of organizational support of creative employees, the senior management support of innovative activities; and the lowest one belongs to the available scientific resources, the transformation of implicit knowledge into explicit one, the new products development, the interactions with suppliers, universities, and technology developments.
