شناسايي عوامل موثر در سطح توانمندي فناورانه صنايع برق(مورد تحقيق: شركت ايران ترانسفو)

Identifying factors affecting the level of technological capabilities in Electrical Industry (Case Study: Iran Transfo Co.)

ارزيابي فناوري ابزاري است كه به درك بهتر توانمندي فناوري بنگاه و در نتيجه تصميم‌گيري درمورد آن كمك مي‌كند. لذا درجهت توسعه و به كارگيري فناوري جديد بايستي ابتدا وضعيت موجود آن را ارزيابي كرد. بدين منظور مدل هاي مختلفي براي ارزيابي سطح توانمندي فناوري ارايه شده است. در اين مقاله، با استفاده از مدل ارزيابي پاندا و راماناسن، سطح توانمندي هاي فناورانه شركت ايران ترانسفو در 3 بعد اصلي و 9 بعد فرعي مورد ارزيابي قرار داده شده است. براي تعيين ميزان تاثير هر يك از ابعاد فرعي(شاخص ها) بر سطح توانمندي شركت، ابتدا با استفاده از تكنيك Dematel روابط متقابل عوامل موثر بر سطح توانمندي فناوري به صورت امتياز عددي مشخص شده و سپس براي رتبه بندي آن از روش ANP استفاده شده است. استفاده از مدل ياد شده و نيز تكنيك Dematel نيازمند آن است تا به نظر خبرگان در يك صنعت يا بنگاه رجوع شود؛ لذا در اين نوشتار جامعه آماري را مديران مياني، ارشد و كارشناسان شركت ايران ترانسفو تشكيل داده اند و جمع آوري اطلاعات به صورت سرشماري انجام شده است.

Evaluating the technological capabilities of a company enables the high-ranking decision makers to identify the weak points and strengths of the company and to pave the way for making decisions regarding the development of technological capabilities. In fact, technology evaluation is instrumental in fostering better understanding of the technological abilities of the firm and consequently, helps managers in deciding about it. Therefore, to develop and apply new technologies require evaluation of the existing technology. To make it possible, different models have been presented for evaluating the level of technological capabilities. In this paper, we have evaluated the technological capabilities of Iran Transfo Company in 3 major and 9 minor dimensions using Panda and Ramanson evaluation model. To determine the extent of the effects of each minor dimension (Indices) on the company ability, first the interactions among factors that influence the technological capabilities are determined through Dematel Technique as scores and then, these scores are ranked based on ANP method.
