تاثير سيرت نيكوي استادان و مولفه‌هاي آن برانگيزش تحصيلي دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان

Effects of faculty members positive character and its indices on educational motivation of students at the University of Isfahan

دستيابي به موفقيتهاي والا و ارزنده در مراكز آموزش عالي وابستگي عميقي به سيرت و اخلاق استادان آن دارد؛ زيرا اين استادان هستند كه با نقش فعال خود تحقق اهداف آموزش عالي را ميسر مي سازند. از اين رو، در اين پژوهش به بررسي تاثير سيرت نيكوي استادان بر انگيزش تحصيلي از منظر دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان پرداخته مي‌شود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي- همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين پيمايش 13281 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان هستند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي و با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه كوكران تعداد 373 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند و براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده (پرسشنامه انگيزش تحصيلي هارتر) و محقق ساخته (سيرت نيكو) استفاده شد. سپس روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته از طريق بازبيني توسط كارشناسان مربوطه تاييد و پايايي كل پرسشنامه نيز به روش آلفاي كرونباخ 91/0 محاسبه شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماري 20SPSS استفاده شد. نتايج به‌دست آمده نشان داد؛ در كليت امر، سيرت نيكوي استادان بر انگيزش تحصيلي دانشجويان به عنوان فرضيه اصلي پژوهش تاثيرگذار است؛ اما در ارتباط با فرضيات فرعي نتايج حاكي از آن شد كه تاثير هر يك از سه مولفه حكمت، تواضع، شور و اشتياق از مولفه‌هاي سيرت، بر روي انگيزش تحصيلي دانشجويان معنادار نيست؛ درحالي‌كه در ديگر مولفه‌هاي سيرت نيكو، همچون: صداقت، شجاعت، شوخ‌طبعي و غمخواري با انگيزش تحصيلي دانشجويان تاثير معناداري حاكم است. بنابراين مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت سيرت نيكوي استادان در ابعاد صداقت، شجاعت، شوخ‌طبعي و غمخواري هرچقدر بالا باشد، انگيزش تحصيلي دانشجويان بالاتر خواهد رفت.

Reaching high levels of success in institutions of higher education is deeply dependent on the character and behavior of their professors and instructors for they are the ones who have the power of expanding horizons of higher education actively. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the effects of professorsʹ character on the educational motivation of students at the University of Isfahan. This applied research is a descriptive- correlative study. The statistical population of the study included 13281 students at the University of Isfahan that 373 them whom were selected as the sample through random sampling. The data were collected through a standard researcher-made questionnaire whose content reliability was approved after expertsʹ review. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated using Cronbach Alpha method at 0.91. The data was analyzed through SPSS 20 computer application. The results revealed that the effect of character on educational motivation of students as the primary hypothesis of the study was significant. Yet, as its secondary hypotheses, the study failed to find a significant relationship between indices of character including wisdom, modesty and passion independently on educational motivation. However, the effect of other indices like honesty, courage, humor and compassion on educational motivation of the students was significant. Thus, it could be concluded that the higher the professorsʹ characteristic indices of honesty, courage, humor and compassion, the more educationally motivated their students will be.
